Our Irvine apartments are ideally located just off of the I-405 San Diego Freeway, making it easy to get anywhere in Southern California. The Metrolink Orange Line makes two stops in Irvine for a quick ride up to Los Angeles or down to San Diego. Local bus service connects residents to the local business parks and university campuses. Great shopping and terrific dining are all around you.
Irvine was originally a planned community, as evidenced by its many community and city parks. The Orange County Great Park, on the former El Toro Marine Base near our Irvine apartments, has great family attractions like a hot air balloon park. Golfers have several courses to choose from, including Tustin Ranch, Rancho San Joaquin and Oak Creek. When you are hungry you can dine at any of myriad fine restaurants, including Houston's and El Torito Grill. The Jamboree Promenade and University Park Shopping Center are among local shopping destinations.
Our Irvine apartments are close to several colleges and universities. These include University of California Irvine, Concordia University, Irvine Valley College and satellite campuses for Pepperdine and University of Southern California. Irvine’s many business parks also house regional and national headquarters for such corporations as Mazda, Kia, Parker Hannifin and Western Mutual Insurance.
