This apartment community was fantastic- the staff were very accommodating and helpful, the buildings were always clean, and everything was always maintained very well. When I move back to Bellevue, Ill strongly consider signing another lease here.

Ive had a great experience living here and wont forget the exceptional service from Geny. If it wasnt for the cost of living increasing in Bellevue, I wouldve stayed. Geny is absolutely amazing and I will truly miss the service she delivers. Thanks for a great year.

I have a great time living at City Square for the past two year and a half. The leasing officers are always very helpful, and friendly, and very patient to help every time I got a question. The location of City Square is the best in Bellevue, close to restaurants, gyms, supermarkets, shopping mall, everything. I would highly recommend it

I’ve never met a more accommodating leasing team. They seriously are like family, always willing to help out or answer any questions you may have. Even when they are extremely busy they still treat you as if it were day 1 of you moving in.

Best apartment Ive lived in. It is expensive but it is downtown Bellevue so that cant really be avoided. Still cheaper than comparably sized near by apartments.

The location is wonderful for everything I needed. The property was always kept neat and tidy. Staff is friendly and helpful. I had a problem arise and the maintenance man was at my apartment within an hour. I can’t say enough how much I love this apartment and if I didn’t own a house elsewhere I would stay here.

The Robert and Geny are great! These two seem to work great as a team together but also you can tell they take great pride in their work ethic. I always see them running around helping us, cleaning patio tables, watering flowers, ect... They are always busy making this community feel comfortable. It's RARE to find 2 people that are genuinely caring for the apartment community and their own work. A++++

Overall a very nice experience! I am enjoying my stay in Bellevue, and this offered a much more economical price point for the same great area than some of the surrounding apartments. The floor layout of the studio I have now is also top-notch, and the girls at the desk are very helpful!

The move in was great. I did a coast to coast relocation from San Francisco to Bellevue after transferring jobs. Both locations were very helpful with the transfer. I would specifically would like to thank Emily Jonas from City Square Bellevue and Jenna Mason from Riva Terra II. Both of these associates helped tremendously and they made it very personal to ensure everything went smoothly. I am a huge fan of Equity Residential due to these associates and their commitment and professionalism. Please take note of their excellent service.

I really enjoy living in archstone bellevue, the location is perfect, the planfloor is perfect. the office staff is very friendly and helpful. I would keep living there if i need to rent apt again. Move in to my own condo next month is the only reason i move out.
