Chie has always been very friendly and helpful. She listens and provides services promptly. Christy was great in resolving an issue I had for a long time due to a difficult neighbor. I have lived here since Dec 2018. It was a great living experience, never had any major issues. Service requests used to get resolved in a timely manner. The leasing staff and maintenance personnel are also really friendly. The community is also well maintained and really tidy. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

The leasing office staff has always been super cordial and super accomodating. If my garage opener isn’t working: boom replaced. If I need a different parking spot because of a leaky pipe they literally will call me after office hours and get me another spot. Maintenance requests are quick and the facilities team is super cordial too.

Moving in was super easy. Application and approval was a fast process and the team accommodated by ESA. The complex is great and well kept and I feel really safe walking out with my dog at any time of the day.

We are moving out of state for work and have really enjoyed our time at Toscana. We moved in just a couple months before Covid impacted daily daily life so they were unusual circumstances. We didnt get much opportunity to use shared services but the team here made us feel safe and the communication was excellent.

Maintenance showed up when they were supposed to and then eat part was they came prepared with everything g they needed no matter what the problem was. Very friendly and helpful also. I also love being able to pay whatever I want on the app towards my rent instead of having to go get a money order for the full amount. LOVE IT!!!

The biggest plus as students living in Toscana Apartments was that all four residents were able to have an assigned parking space, as this was a big issue with other apartment homes. The people at the leasing office were all awesome as well. Work orders were always done in a timely manner as well. Overall, very nice and accommodating.

Toscana is an awesome community and all amenities are so close and easy to use. The apartments are amazing with new washers, dryers, ovens, microwaves, etc. The AC system is also really nice for the hot summers.

Ive lived in three apartment complexes in last 4 years, and yours is by far my best experience. The rent is very fair, and the management staff, including Erica, is amazing. Toscana is waiving pet fees for any foster dog volunteers during COVID-19 and I think that is amazing. I tell everyone that I can.

My husband and I moved to Toscana a few weeks ago. So far, weve had a good experience. Everyone is courteous. We needed our closet rack replaced and our AC fixed. These were done within a few days. Our outlets were also fixed quickly. The front office is generally nice and holds packages for us. They reply to emails very quickly.

Overall this has been a great experience living at Toscana. I have nothing but great things to say about the office staff and maintenance crew. The office staff here has always greeted myself or wife with a smile and have assisted us in a timely manner. We are in awe of the property care, but most of all the absolute 'quality' of our unit. The construction, the appliances, the obvious thoughtful care taken to insure safety, every possible effort to make our apartment 'built and accessible' for the resident. From the laundry, trash drop, garages, security, and an overall feeling of being in an extremely well built unit that is very safe and beautiful, we are absolutely delighted with our selection of TOSCANA as our new home, in fact I refer to it as my UTOPIA. The service staff are courteous, friendly and always available to assist. We will recommend Equity Residences to any and all of our friends across the country knowing ALL of your properties must carry and present residences with a well built, safe and most enjoyable living environment. My whole family is satisfied with this apt, so it just took me one tour to make my decision. Staff there is pretty nice and they answer all of my questions with patience and details. Surrounding environment is clean and beautiful, and convenient transportation over there. Though it`s my first time to rent an apt, I definitely have chosen a right place.

Aside from a few minor hiccups after moving in, everything has been excellent. The office and maintenance staff have been extremely accommodating and welcoming. Jen has done everything to ensure our satisfaction. Same goes for John(maintenance technician). We love the community, location, amenities, and price. It feels as if we live in a luxury resort!

I have lived in this apartment at Toscana for almost 4 years and I have to say, the office staff and maintenance staff are wonderful. It's so nice to actually know everyone, and the fact that almost everyone stays at the job says a lot about the company to me. I like seeing the same faces each day and it makes me feel more safe living alone knowing the staff. I've always loved my apartment here and the location couldn't be better. Overall my experience at Tuscana has been great. The office staff is super welcoming especially Lordis and Sam. Moving for me is bitter sweet, I love me studio and I feel super safe in my little home. But I need to get a bigger place because my mother has been sick and I need to be preparded for her to move in with me. So I need a garage for storage.

I understand guest parking is a pain but I would like to say thank you for taking action and doing your best to solve the issue by putting out the extra parking list after 6pm. Customer service goes a long way and I like the fact there is someone in the front office 7 days a week! Awesome stuff, keep up the great service and give props to maintenance guys. Every issue we put in was fixed within 48 hrs!

I think the community is very well maintained. Response time on maintenance is very good. Communication on results could be better. Staff is always willing to help in any situation. Maintenance has always been friendly and responsive. Concerns is that the garage gates, doors to enter the complex are always working. Security is very important to me and that is what drove me your way. So gates/doors that should be locked always need to be checked more frequently. I also think the security guards are very good. You see them walking around a lot which means they are doing what is expected of them.

I have been thrilled with the ease of submitting maintenance requests via the website - and the response time is fabulous! I also appreciate the online rent payment system and how well the buildings and landscaping are maintained. Thank you!

I love the location across from the bird sanctuary, the apartment view itself was extraordinary in that I felt like I was living in a tree house due to the beautiful landscaping. All staff is so friendly with the highest of customer service standards. The most incredible gymn and swimming pool and the best Jacuzzi at any complex I have ever lived. I loved the international community that it attracted. All the people I met that lived there were so genuinely nice.

Overall, I really love it here! For having so many neighbors around us, I'm amazed how quiet and private it is. Everything so far has gone very well, and I feel this is a place I can call home,and ground myself for a long time! The location is convenient to my job,therefore I'm saving gas,time,and money as well. I hope this will be a long relationship with your company.

Lourdes, was very knowledgeable, friendly and eager to assist me with a few personal issues I had..They were resolved. Everyone and everything I am very happy with.. One thing that I am sure you are aware of is parking for guest.... Your staff is great!!

My experience with the leasing office has been excellent! I am happy with the price of my lease. I would like to see the grounds taken care of a little more, but overall I am pleased with Toscana!

Some of the negative online reviews made me a little nervous about moving into this community. I am happy to say that ALL of the concerns (minus the parking situation) were null and void. I had a great time living here. My leasing agent, Stephanie was awesome -in getting me signed up, helping me if any issues or questions came up, and helping me with the moving out process. The other staff members were always helpful as well. I plan to add some positive comments to a few of those sites, because I had a good experience at Toscana. Although my time was short - I enjoyed the the time, my apartment, the nice landscaping, and the community amenities. I was proud to call Toscana home!

Also include great location...great studio unit...well maintained property...great location (well lit, peaceful & quiet at night) of the studio unit I rented. All the Tosacna personnel Sam, Stephani, Rebecca, etc were alway professional, courteous and helpful...you all get an A++. No complaints...only accolades...Merry Christmas

It is an excellent community to live in. It is clean and tidy. The community is less noisy and highly secured. Located close to the Business Area. I should say that I have immensely enjoyed my stay in this community.
