Equity has been great. There's a reason why we've been in equity properties on and off for 7 years. The staff is great. The apartments are great. The facilities are great. We enjoyed our living experience all the way. We just finally bought a house, so our journey with Equity must come to an end. Thank you for the great experience.

Ive enjoyed every second of living at Atelier. Its my favorite community Ive ever lived in. Carlos, Mustapha, Lubna, Tom, Marino, Llesh, Christian and Robin are the best team ever and I will miss every single one of them. I will always hold a special piece of my heart for Atelier. I wish I could bring the team down to FL!

Stella, Fortesa, and Daniel have been really helpful not only during the application process, but also during the move. The concierge and maintenance team as well has been very friendly and gone above and beyond in helping me get situated in the new apartment and neighborhood.

The Atelier staff are professional, courteous and friendly! I especially appreciate the door persons helpfulness and pleasant disposition always! The emails announcing the activities happening and availability of facilities throughout the apartment complex are very helpful and I appreciate that my packages are kept safe!

Everyone is so great all the time. Stella has been nothing but overly generious and helpful her entire time at the building. Jon and Marino keep everything so clean and are always so nice and helpful. All the door staff is amazing, Carlos especially who has always been a big help. I couldn’t recommend living in this building enough

The whole team has been a pleasure to work with over our 3 years here. The doormen have been extremely friendly and welcoming, the maintenance staff has kept the building as meticulously clean as any Ive lived in, and the management team has been easy to communicate with. We will really be sad to leave!
