The office staff, concierge team and maintenance service are excellent. They are always very professional and are eager to help with any situation. They make living at the Portside a pleasure.

I would like to mention that your staff at the enterance (guards) are extremely nice and its always a 'come home' feeling when you meet them.

Over all my experience at Portside has been great. I've already opted for the new enhancements they are offering to current tenants. Any maintenence requests that I've submitted for have always been completed in a timely manner. I would highly reccomend Portside to anyone considering moving to Jersey City.

I absolutely love this apartment. When I first moved in, I had to be on top of maintenance trying to get them to fix a couple of appliances and fixtures, but after all was done with, my stay here at Portside Towers has been a pleasant one.

Its been a wonderful experience with Portside and we would have loved to continue with our stay with you. I should say the staff were always courteous and I found the the facilities excellent for socializing.

I have been very pleased with the courtesy and attention I have received from the maintenance people and doormen. I most frequently interact with Mike Liebowitz in the office, Denny from Maintenance, Ron (doorman), and Ben (doorman). I would like to commend their professionalism and service to my family and four legged friend.
