The front desk and cleaning staff have been exceptional especially during the pandemic. Each and every one of them has been great. So nice to see them everyday, and the cleaning staff has been so attentive, really makes me feel better about being here. I hope they are receiving special recognition for keeping the community going.

I am a long time resident of the Park Connecticut and have been happy here for many years. The location is ideal and the service and care of the residents is unparalleled whether it be maintenance, concierge, or the management staff itself. The property manager is outstanding! From the first time my wife and I met Nicole. Nicole listened to our needs and worked with us to get what we wanted when we wanted. As soon as we moved in Nicole made sure everything was satisfactory and made immediate corrections if needed.

Im leaving not because I want, but because I have to. My work contract ended and my visa is tied to it, so after my contract ends I must move out of the USA. My experience living at Park Connecticut has been wonderful, and if I have the chance to come back to work in DC this is the first place Ill look for living.

One of the reason which I decided to rent this apartment is the manager of the management office was very supportive and kind. In addition, he is always supportive for any help and management after I move-in therefore I am very happy to live here now. I am also finding the website for resident is very useful and supportive emails are so nice to remind me what I need to do.

We feel we made a right choice to live at Park Connecticut Apartments. It has everything we like -- close to metro station, nice and quiet neighborhood, park in our backyard, pool, gym, and roof top. Maintenance service has been always prompt and concierge staff are friendly. We are pleased with the recent make over in our hallways...so refreshing and stylish. We hope to live in our apartment several more years.

I just love my apartment and the building, I am very sad that I need to leave the country for five months and that that implies that I must return my apartment. However, I will come back in October and DEFINITELY will come back to this building.
