This is my first month and the leasing staff and concierge desk staff have been nothing short of outstanding through my moving process a lot of boxes coming in. I am so excited about living here during my temporary stay in DC.

Amazing building. Great staff - front office workers are so kind and sweet. Leasing office staff are so nice even when you drop by unexpectedly. Maintenance and cleaning staff are also amazing and always quick! I'm only moving because I wanted a bigger apartment and 100K did not have one in my budget.

100 K has been my home since I moved to DC for a new job. I’’ve enjoyed every moment here with the community and staff. The whole time I have felt safe and taken care of. My concerns were addressed and life felt calmer knowing that home was a sanctuary.

The team here is great, especially with the pandemic going on for the past year. It is nice to see staff in the lobby, have a chat, get a dog snack, etc.... The building is always clean and maintained, the staff is always friendly, and I enjoy the community here.

While I have only been here three weeks, the management team is extremely responsive and communicative about matters both internal and external to the property. They seem to do a solid job of anticipating the needs of the community.

I have lived in this apartment for 2 years, and not only is beautiful, calm and safe neighborhood, but the staff has always been outstanding especially Jonathan. He will go above and beyond for you no matter how big or small your inquiry is. The team is also prompt in responding and resolving any questions.

I have worked in apartment sales before. Jonathan is better than me. lol he truly seemed to care about his residents and performing well for them. Everything about the team and the process seems well-aligned and in order. Everyone even seems to get along. Dunno what trials were braved to get to this point, but it seems stellar.

The team has been really helpful and has made settling into the new community a breeze. Ashley made the process if finalizing the lease straightforward and was always available when i had a question. Jerome at the front desk has been really helpful as well and has been friendly everytime we cross paths. I have no complaints at all.

If "team" means the concierge staff and Mr. Johnathan, they have been excellent. I have gotten timely notifications for packages, insight on issues as they come up. Questions asked if needed in a timely manner and overall friendly and welcoming.

I have been a resident of Equity for almost 3 years and have no intention of switching to another property or property management company as long as I am renting in the DC area. The staff at both properties I have lived at have been exceptional and both properties are clean, well maintained, and run professionally.

Tami from the leasing office is super friendly. A great addition. The Concierge staff are also very helpful and welcoming too. The complex itself is small in residents you will actually have one-on one relationship with the Concierge and Leasing Office which I love. Never had that in my previous locations.

When I arrived to 100K, I did not have an appointment and it was a full day for them. Tami, one of the leasing professionals still was able to see me and gave me an amazing tour of the property. Although the property is great, I was sold on how knowledgeable and professional Tami was. She answered every question I had and took her time

Many apartment buildings in this area have comparable amenities, but few have competent, awesome and responsive staff like Jonathan. He was extremely helpful both before and after I signed my lease and responded to plethora of emails throughout Very happy with the leasing office here.

I’ve obviously only lived in the building for a short time, but have found the team super responsive and helpful and think its the best management team I have had yet. I moved in by myself but Myles and Reggie in particular were extremely helpful with the dock, elevator, etc.
