The two people at the front desk have stayed consistent and are both very polite and helpful. Management specifically at Eye Street clearly communicates and takes care of “most” problems as they arise. Most, in reference to what I think they may have control of here.

I really do love living at 455 I, and I will miss it. Chris makes the entire experience wonderful and always makes you feel cared for. The building is also beautifully decorated inside and has a clean, luxurious, and pleasant ambiance. I wish I could have stayed, but there werent any rooms coming available that would fit my needs.

Veronica has been absolutely fantastic from the day I came to visit the property, through the application process and my move-in. Victor and the rest of the maintenance team has also been fantastic. They have promptly come to address all the service requests I open and they are very professional and do good work.

The apartment itself has met our expectations. The staff has been particularly helpful and friendly. I feel like they know me when I interact with everyone. The building is always clean, the recycling is rarely overflowing. There is great communication from the building to us, in particular, and to the residents in general.

The 24-Hour concierge is a total game changer. Toni, Kim, Corey — exceptional. Always with a warm greeting, it truly makes me feel home. The leasing office is great, quick to respond and handle any questions. The building is beautiful and well kept. It truly feels like home, and I’m so happy I picked 455 Eye.

Ive lived in a lot of apartments. The team at 455 Eye Street are the friendliest, most helpful apartment staff members Ive ever dealt with. That includes the leasing office team, the concierge, and the janitorialmaintenance staff. Everyone has been wonderful.

Over the past 3 years I have called 455 my home. Traveling almost weekly for work it was always a relief seeing the front of the building when getting home from a long trip. The staff have always been helpful and nice, going above and beyond. I will miss this place, but it is time for us to move on as our family grows.

Kelsey, Pam, Randy and the rest of the concierge staff are awesome. They provide excellent customer service, return messages immediately, and always have our best interest at mind. They are also so loving towards my dog which makes me so happy. The facilities staff are also super friendly!
