Building is well maintained, staff is personable and professional, . In the 6 plus months we have been here there have only bee a couple of very minor service issues that needed addressing in our unit and when we reported them, they were handled in less than a day. Building is well insulated and quiet. We are very pleased we moved here.

It has been an amazing experience, especially though difficult times COVID. Mom move put decision is only due to reassignment to another country. As a proof of our overall appreciation, the rest of my family who are not coming with me, will stay in Alban Towers, in another apartment! Try to keep prices a bit lower.

Best community ever! Alban Towers is always in our heart, it's our home for more than 4 years. Unfortunately we have to leave our sunny beautiful apartment due to work, my husband is transferring to another country. We will never forget our life here, it was so easy due to the very friendly and professional staff.

Regina and James are always very helpful as well as Sentayhu on the Service team. One of the events in 2020 that I particularly enjoyed was the virtual flower arranging and having the hot cocoa kits was a nice touch for holidays.

I’ve only been here for 8 months but I don’t have a single complaint. The entire staff is fantastic. I wish the gym were open, but I’m impressed with how management has handled the new coronavirus protocols. No question that I’ll be renewing my lease in October.

Team is very responsive, helpful and kind. We moved from across the country and Jared went above and beyond to answer our questions. He FaceTimed is several times so we could get an in person feel for the place. We’ve already had a speedy repair that was needed on our sink. The front desk support are all wonderful too.

Dereka is such a huge value to Equity Residential and makes living at Alban Towers so much more special and enjoyable. She is professional, kind, and focuses a ton on making the building feel more like a community through various events. We are lucky to have her in our building. Under her leadership, Regina and Sentayhu are also great!

We have really loved living here for the past 8 years - the staff has always been wonderful, prompt in dealing with any issues thx to Dereka, Maria, Sentayhu, Regina etc. The exercise facilities are awesome and we will miss going there! Loved the convenience the tenants here - would absolutely stay, but must return to Canada now.

The staff is very attentive and friendly, the grounds are kept meticulously clean, maintenance is fast if there is ever an issue and they resolve them the day they receive your request if they possibly can. Its a beautiful building with residents from near and far and many different life experiences. Love the 24 hour concierge, too!

Dereka, Deborah and the team were a marvel! I was relocating from Charlotte, NC after having lived at Alban Towers previously and they went above and beyond with assistance. From taking photos of units for me to helping arrange deliveries, I could not be happier with the team or my new home. One small piece of constructive feedback, the carpets in my unit were clean but very matted in the main travel paths, for the amount of rent it would have been nice to move in to new carpet in the unit, but all in all it was an amazing experience.

I've had a wonderful 2 years here at Alban Towers. I appreciated how staff worked with me while I was still in Oregon, going through the rental process virtually and by mail, and arriving to my new home sight unseen, only to be delighted. What a great place to land-- such a lovely neighborhood. I call my studio my sanctuary in a Gothic fortress. It's been great living here.

I have loved my 5 years at Alban Towers and wish I did not have to move. Daniel Sherwood has been wonderful all 5 years. Very accommodating and responsive and just a very fine person. Sentayu has always responded immediately to any service needs. Also a very kind and fine person. I will miss the people at Alban more than anything else.
