Redmond Court is the first community that I stayed in Greater Seattle Area. Location wise this is one of the prime locations one could ask for as a first timer in this area. Community wise its very quite and peaceful with a lot of greenery, Managemnt staff and the leasing staff are also very good and supportive. Thanks for your service.

We had a very nice stay in this community! Nothing wrong with the management, it was a cozy and comfortable stay, we just wanted to move to the Juanita Bay area didnt find an Equity Apartments offering nearby. Cheers

Have kept up on communications regarding policies during coronavirus situation. Responses to issues have been responded to within 24 hours. Emergencies are responded to quickly. Staff are friendly and like to get to know tenants.

It has en just wonderful living here- from Manager Bret, Jenn his assistant, and the techs, Andrew and Mike. Always there available to help with any little thing needed- with immediate attention and responses- all of which have made living at REDMOND COURT, really enjoyable and stress free. I so highly recommend this community.

It has been a wonderful journey over the year in Redmond Court. Beautiful surroundings. Enjoyed the spring thoroughly. Gym is really good, helped me burn lot of calories and make me feel good. Helen and Gwen have been friendly. Any repairs that need to be attended are done pretty quickly by the service team, Russell and Andrew.

Redmond Court is the best place to live for a person like me who work for Microsoft and don't want to consider commute at all. Appliances are little bit old but not a big concern.

One of the smoothest and most professional dealings I have experienced as a renter. Upon move in some items were not in proper working order. Fortunately the maintenance staff was prompt in addressing these issues within 24hrs.
