Chris is awesome! He made the entire process from walking through the apartment to signing the lease simple and fluent. He also has been a huge help with the engineering required in the room pre move in!

The team has been fantastic. I must say that I am beyond impressed by Christina and Chris. They’re very kind, empathetic, and constantly go above and beyond. I did have a couple of issues since move in and each time I was extremely impressed by them.

Great location, convenient to plethora of trails, shops, restaurants and grocery options. It is close enough but yet far enough away to feel the quietness of nature.

Exceeded expectations. This has been a difficult time us, selling our home and moving into a one bedroom apartment, and the team at Notch has made it as easy as possible. The application process was easy, Lia made us feel so welcome, and the move-in process was great.
