The Saxton team is very accomodating and very nice. Its really not hard to let them know what needs to be fixed or any other issues about the unit, they are always there to listen and do something about it as soon as possible.

I am so very pleased with my experience so far! Everyone I have encountered has bee kb very kind and helpful! Sinem, especially from day one, understanding and patient. Others to name a few, Zay, Sam Zach, and Harry! Everyone is so pleasant and welcoming. I am glad this my new home. :

Great community to live in. The amenities are excellent. The community discussion board is a bit laggy. Otherwise, I had a solid time here.

Frankie, Sam, and Tom are Fantastic Front Office Partners and have become our Friends! They always welcome our dog Ellie whenever we enter the lobby area and its a pleasure to chat with them on both formal and informal topics.

I was able to find a unit I love that met and exceeded my expectations. I was treated with respect and kind demeanor. The building is nothing short of spectacular. I like how when I pass the staff in the lobby or hall I am greeted. It has been a great stay so far. From amenities, to the property and my unit I am pleased.

Tom has been accessible, friendly, and helpful in all our interactions. A big part of why I chose this building was the tour I had with Tom, his answering all my questions, and then his advocating on my behalf when I had difficulties with my financial situation. After signing the lease he continued to be accommodating and understanding.

All the staff at Saxton are helpful and courteous. They are always responsive to emails and are very instrumental in making us all aware of any changes that go on within the community.

It’s a lovely little community, and we were happy to be apart of it! Our dog loved the area, the other dogs, and the staff of course! We also had a lot of fun at community stuff before covid-19 hit. Overall, it was a great experience. We’ll be sad when we leave for Minneapolis.
