Living at Helios was an AMAZING experience and we didnt want to leave. There just wasnt a unit that fit our storagesize needs that became available in the past 8 months or so that we were looking. So in the end we didnt have much of a choice and we had to relocate. But well definitely consider a return to Helios!

From the first day to tour the units, Justine has been phenomenal. I felt informed, supported, and relieved throughout the move and it was a big one all the way from California thanks to her help. I have been at Helios for about 7 months and I can say that the service and attentiveness of everyone here is unmatched. A simple "welcome home" or "welcome back" paired with a smiling face is a breath of fresh air when coming home from a long day at work. The amenities are fantastic-the sky deck unparalleled.

The whole helios team is great. Although I dont very often contact leasing office, when I do they get back to me very quickly. The concierge is really the best. They are a great team and love talking with them. If one needs anything they will try to do their best and help. One time I needed tape for a return package and they helped me!

The only reason we are moving is because we bought a house. My husband and I loved living here. The location is fantastic but also so are all of the leasing agents and the concierge team. Any time we had a problem it was promptly fixed by maintenance and we genuinely felt like Helios cared about us as people.

The entire Helios team has been going above and beyond to make the residence feel like Helios was the best decision they could have made for finding a new home. We have such a thriving and fun community with lots of social interactions. Moving to Helios has probably been the best decision I made this year. Well done team!!!!

Above and beyond helpful. Everyone seems to genuinely want us to feel comfortable and well taken care of. Particularly impressed with Mishca who helped us relocate from nyc. She worked many late evenings making it happen and took photos of way more units than I want to admit. Never felt more cared for on a move.

Rob, service manager, is absolutely amazing. Have never lived in a building where someone in his position knows everyones names and is just willing to always go above and beyond. Mischa was great to work with in the leasing process and continues to provide great service.
