Your team was really great and helpful. We came from india and Veloce was the first housing apartment which we have added in our list and we choose it in a first attempt.

Maintenance is the best!! Suggest walking the property often and introducing yourselves to the residents and getting to know them whild seeing any problems or issues.

I enjoy my stay at Veloce apartment. Whenever I submit a maintenance request, it gets handled quickly and its right next to the buses which is super convenient.

Veloce is honestly one of the best places Ive lived in. It doesnt take a genius to figure things out and this place checks all the boxes. 1. Very nice and friendly staff that responds when you need their help even resolving community issues. 2. Clean building in a good working condition. 3. No problems coming at you out of nowhere.

You guys have been absolutely fantastic for the last few years Ive lived here! Front desk personnel are always a pleasure to work with and the maintenance staff are fantastic!

Ive been very happy with my time at Veloce. If I didnt need to move across the country I wouldnt be planning to move at all.

I loved the apartment and the staff here at veloce during my stay. The property is clean and the staff is very responsive. It is located at walkable distance to almost everything in downtown Redmond. I would love to recommend this place for anyone who is moving in.

Ive lived in about 4 or 5 different apartments in Redmond in the past 5 years, and this was by far the best one so far. The unit itself is just built really well, nothing ever broke down while I was here, and the extra security in the building just took a lot of ease of my mind. I would immediately recommend it to anyone moving here.

The office team are very responsive and always go above to help me with my needs.

I havent had to reach out to the team often, but when I have it is always very quick and easy to have my issues addressed.

Veloce has been home to me for 1.5 years, and I have loved being here. The gym, clubroom, exercise studio have been useful always kept spotless...but the best perk is the admin team! They are an awesome bunch of folks.

My stay with Veloce has been wonderful. If I were not moving to Texas, I would not be moving out at all. Thank you for 6 great years.

coming from a family house, I had concerns about the sounds and cleanliness - living that close to other people, but these were not a problem at all.

The team here at Veloce have always been fantastic. I’ve lived here for over 3 years now and whenever there is a problem or if I ever need help they are quick, efficient and friendly with their assistance!

The folks in the office are always friendly and helpful. I thought it was "above and beyond the call of duty" for them to be at work during the various snow-events of the past week - but there they were!!

I got every information I wanted, the renting process was quick and flawless. Also, they responded among the first ones when I sent a mail around arriving Redmond, and scheduled the first visit which eventually led to rent an apartment here

Overall - EXCELLENT! Kris always has a smile on his face, which is representative of how helpful hes been in getting us started. The app is absolutely fantastic - The ease really makes a difference! Very thrilled to be living in the community.

Anytime I’ve ever contacted the office they’ve been polite and helpful. Service requests have also been easy to request and fulfilled quickly.

The entire team here at Veloce is wonderful! They are always willing to take the extra step to help. My car battery died I called the office and Thomas came right away to help me! 5 minutes later, I was on my way. Kristopher walked around to the security gates solo to re-program my fob so I could wait comfortably in the office!

Everyone has been so very friendly and helpful! I have really noticed every little effort. When I was having issues with Comcast Kris did everything he could to help. When my furniture delivery came Teresa took her time to help give direction, hold doors and operate elevators. I really appreciate it!! I feel so welcomed and valued!

All interactions have been very friendly and attentive. I like that I can come to the office and request things and get immediate action. Its been great! Major thanks to Therese for helping me with my parking space.

The staff was fantastic, the location and apartment itself was the best. I'm only moving out to cut down on my excessive commute time. Otherwise if I ever change for a job on the Eastside again, I will look into moving back to Veloce as my first option.

It's been great living here for the last three years. We're moving out because we bought a home, but would have continued to live here if we hadn't. The location is just perfect with everything being at walkable distance. The staff is friendly and prompt. We've never had any major issues with living here.

My girlfriend and I both really enjoy living here and feel great about the front office staff, Laura, Matt and Katrin are all solid people, good at their jobs and I look forward to seeing them whenever I need a package or walk theough the lobby for whatever reason. Cody, who was our original leading agent is greatly missed but that's nothing to do with the present staff he just helped us at an urgent time of need. Thanks Cody!

I will recommend Veloce apartment to friends and family, my experience has been incredible, starting with the Staff. They show their passion ,commitment to their job!

Karin, Matt, & Laura were all super helpful during the entire move-in process. Karin reserved the elevator & loading dock for me so it was easy to get my stuff upstairs. She got me set up with parking, helped fix issues with my fob (garage wouldn't open at first, and then wasn't able to access the bldg C Amenities area) fairly quickly, and then checked in with me to make sure it was all working. I even got to pick a parking spot right next to my bldg elevator. :)

My family and I feel very comfortable living on your property. The apartment we live in, its location, the location of the apartment community, as well as the quality and promptitude of the services we receive from the administrative and maintenance staff meet, to our full satisfaction, all our expectations, and we wish we could live here for many years. Both the administrative and maintenance staff are very professional and courteous. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment community to friends who might be looking for a comfortable place to live in.

I am extremely satisfied living at Veloce. The office staff is friendly, helpful and very attentive to any of my requests and suggestions. Laura, Kaaren, Cody & Matt are wonderful! I have asked the service team to help me with putting up shelves, installing two ceiling fans, two small display cabinets and most important a grab bar in the master bath. Tony and Craig have gone above and beyond to ensure that the installations were accurate and secure. I am on a very fixed budget & consider myself very lucky to have found an affordable, secure, friendly and beautiful home here at Veloce and as long as possible I plan on this being my home. Thank You to all the staff at Veloce!

Karrin did an amazing job assisting with my lease signing and move in. It made things substantially easier since I was relocating from a long ways away. She was responsive and able to assist with any and all questions I had.

I am very pleased with my choice for my new home. I was the main caregiver for my 85 year old mother. We shared a single family home for many years. After her passing it was necessary for me to find a new home for myself. I had looked at many apartments and decided on Veloce almost from the moment I walked in the door. The lobby was clean, attractive & welcoming. I met Cody Ritchey who was professional, courteous and patient. He gave me the tour and answered all my questions. He even answered questions before I asked or had thought to ask. After viewing one of the units I decided Veloce was the perfect place to make my new home. Laura Thommasen did the initial walkthrough, lease signing and official welcome. She was professional and friendly. I hope to get to know all the staff here and plan on making Veloce my permanent home. Thank you.
