I lived here for one year, and I loved it. The staff Dan, Alan, Michelle, Hannah are wonderful helpful. I love the convenience of deliveries stored in Parcel Pending lockers. Parking is safe well lit, with additional security, only residents cars can enter. Great location near CVS, SafeWay, Old Bellevue dining and the downtown park.

I have had an excellent experience at The Venn. I feel that the maintenance staff is very prompt, polite and good at getting issues corrected. I feel the property manager genuinely cares about any issues I have had and wants to correct things in a timely manner. My leasing agent is always friendly and personable.

We have had an incredible experience at Venn at Main. We came to look back in October 2020. We fell inlove with a specific floor plan. Lori kept in contact with us on a regular basis until there was one available. She worked with us to ensure we were able to move in as quick as possible. Lori was amazing! All credit to her!

Ive lived here for over two years, and was here when the old management transitioned to the new management equity residential. Its been such a relief to have personable and kind people managing this building. When you walk through the lobby the staff usually greets you, and when you have an issue the staff is quick to respond.

I loved everything about living at Venn, from location, to cleanliness, your staff, safety and security, etc. The way you communicate with residents about office hours and information was always accurate and helpful. Everyone Ive worked with has been great! Bobby is fantastic and helped set me up in my apartment. It was great to work with him to get the apartment set up. From Levi the manager to Bobby, Val and Cisco....Everyone are extremely nice, professional and really takes care after you and your home needs.
