The gal that I did all my paperwork with was easily the nicest and most informative person Ive ever had help me when moving in and the manager is easily the coolest of any other I’ve had at any apartment complex. There was an issue with my washer not draining and the manager had it fixed super fast. I absolutely love living here!????

I have really loved living here. It’s been a great experience! I love the building security, my sense of safety, the great location, the wonderful team, the walkability. This has been awesome. Freddie has been a great resource and a wonderful property manager. He is so helpful, professional, and kind. Thanks for everything, Freddie!!

I have absolutely loved living here at Three20. The community has been fantastic and the staff have been stellar. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking to live in the Capitol Hill area. If I find myself back in the area, I would definitely consider Three20 again.

Koply, Jeff and Chris are the best! They always go above and beyond for me. I've submitted a few service requests in the past, they always get taken care immediately. Anytime I've ever had a question or concern, Koply is always there to help. I've been so happy living here. My apartment is Awesome! The building and amenities are Awesome. Equity Residential make it so hard to live anywhere else because they always set the bar and no other team compares. Thank you for everything!

I'm not shy about requesting/discussing any issues I have with the building. Koply has been very patient and great to communicate with when I need assistance. I appreciate how much he is around and knowing he is willing to do what is needed to help.
