During the entire time I lived there , managers and staff have been extraordinary in responding to concerns promptly, with genuine kindness and respect-highly commendable. I have lived at The Pearl since it opened in 2008 and the location is just perfect for so many reasons. At this point in my life, I decided to move to downtown Seattle into a high rise building with great amenities. For the price and location, I think The Pearl is a very good value property in Capitol Hill.

We love Megan, Brian and the rest of the team at the Pearl! They do an excellent job responding to service requests and answering questions, are always helpful and friendly and they all make a great team together.

Overall my experience was great. Its a comfortable place to live in a great location. Plus I was able to get a unit with windows on 2 sides, so it had good light and air flow. The best part, though, is having good managementsupport staff looking out for us whenever we needed something.

Brett and Andre are doing a superb job keeping the building safe and orderly. Andre is super friendly and does a great job. He smiles and waves at us whenever we see him; Brett is responsive and its great to see him at the front desk. Please make sure their managers know they are great employees.
