Megan and otherprevious Equity reps is super quick to respond to all inquiriesissues and seems to genuinely care about the health well-being of the residents. Any time there has been an issue, she’s also quickly taken action to resolvemitigate it.

It was a wonderful stay at Packard. Tony was always ready to help whenever we were in need. All the issues were addressed and the response were lightning quick. Only reason to move out is our work contract ended over here. But still keeping my options open to return back if something turns positive.

Tony is doing a fantastic job as building manager. He is prompt in addressing any issues that arise, and keeps in great communication about whats happening in the building. Kyle has been doing a really wonderful job with building maintenance too. The entire building is clean and tidy, and maintaince is done quickly and professionally.

We had an EXCEPTIONAL experience living at Packard Building, and it breaks our hearts to leave what has become our home. We are planning on traveling for an extended amount of time, and then possibly returning to Seattle. Will definitely look into Equity apartments right away.
