I like living here. The setting is park-like and well maintained, its peaceful, my apartment is spacious with a nice floorplan, theres extra storage on the balcony, and it was updated nicely. The maintenance staff promptly took care of the few issues I had after moving in and the staff is friendly.

Ivorywood had been a great place to call home. People are friendly in the complex. The staff is always there to help. Scott had never is us wait to repair anything more than a few hours. Aside from the pool being closed during Covid we loved everything about the place. Close to lots of parks and trails, great for the kids.

Sarah Webster and her staff have been completely amazing. My sister already lives here at Ivorywood and loves it. I was hesitant to live there for whatever reason but am so glad I made the amazing move for not only me but for my son, whom is 13 and our Golden Retriever, Echo. The community is clean and most of all safe and homie.

Everyone in the office knows me by my name. Whenever we’ve had a maintenance issue is it resolved that day and it’s just been such a pleasure to live here. Moving from out of state is hard and they madebit so easy!

Im moving across the country, otherwise I would stay here for the long term. I really loved my time at Ivorywood. The staff were always so wonderful. My apartment felt like home, which was something I really needed after an extremely turbulent year. If I ever come back to WA, I know EXACTLY where I will rent.

I was pleased with the personnel, availability of units, and LOVED the available covered parking. The management always knew me, even though they rotated, and the maintenance crews responded super fast. Every interaction with personnel was helpful and welcome, paying rentbills via online portal was easy, and there were great views!

Love the location and the complex. It's semi-isolated. Surrounded by trees. Great View. Very quiet! Smoke Free (very important because of allergies). Lots of guest parking! Family-friendly. Pet-friendly. And it has good amenities (pool, private garages, fitness room, clubhouse, etc)

Suraela Rodriguez and her team have made this the best, smoothest possible move-in I have ever experienced. She has responded with such integrity, caring and promptness for every request , making my new home at Ivorywood perfect and everything I could have hoped for. we have been very satisfied with our time at Ivorywood. the staff has been very helpful with any issues we have ie.our handicap parking space. I am disabled and having a space out side our door has been extremely helpful. all in all we enjoy living here .

Kevin, the leasing agent at Ivorywood was stellar in his handling of all of my needs, before and after my move in. He was lightning fast in handling any issues and helping communicate with utilities and my previous equity property. After moving in, I have witnessed how engaged he is with the property and how sincere his sense of ownership is in the property. Kevin, thank you making it so easy!

I wish I could select all the options, but I chose the Office Staff & Maintenance service because every one is very professional and when I've submitted service requests, they are very prompt in coming out and fixing the issues and are very kind & considerate. That is what sticks out in my mind right now, I really appreciate it!

EXCELLENT! We had a cold snap a month ago, one of the pipes in the fire suppression system burst and the flood was on. The office staff and the maintenance staff were all were all over it. The maintenance staff were to our building in a flash locating the problem, quickly determining what had to be done, doing it, all the while communicating with the residents what the situation was. The office staff had water damage restoration people out here right away and working. High marks to everyone. Ivorywood and Equity are lucky to have such good people in their company. You can have nice buildings, well cut grass, but without the people running the venture it would be a disaster.

Our move-in went flawlessly and the office staff was very helpful. We called to try and bump up our move-in fairly last minute. Kevin was able to help us out and make it happen.

The kids and I feel very at home at Ivorywood and safe. We appreciate the promptness of your staff for our service requests. Kevin and Malia are truly one of kind in customer service! The grounds are beautifully maintained and we appreciate that all the lights are in working order especially since it is dark so early. Great place to live. Quiet location, well thought out floor plans, nice amenities. Some of the small details, like the new carpet had minor flaws in installation, but nothing big. Very satisfied.

I have really enjoyed living in these apartments. The staff is very helpful and in some situations have gone above and beyond to help me out. I had back surgery earlier this year and couldn't do much walking, the staff brought up a UPS package that was delivered to the office to my apartment. It was great! I will defiantly recommend this apartment complex to other people!

I started this process last fall with Penny then with Christian but through all of the months Kevin was always there to answer the phone and all my questions. All 3 have been extremely wonderful to work with and very professional. It felt like a 5 star hotel experience when I travel. Kevin did an outstanding job getting me signed up and moved it. He checked in to make sure I was happy and settled in. The maintenance men Ted and Dennis have been great too attending to a couple of requests. Dutch called shortly after we moved to ensure all was well for us. Your staff has been coached and trained well in the area of customer service. I appreciate the whole experience and the kids and I look forward to several years of living at Ivorywood. Thank you for making this transition so smooth and trouble free.

This is a beautifully well maintained property. The staff, both in the office and maintenance, obviously care very much about the property and us residents. My husband is surprised everytime they know his name when he goes to the office. Thanks Ivorywood for being an awesome place to live!
