Faith is fabulous! She always has a friendly smile and is ready to answer all of my questions. Scott, our concierge, kindly opens doors when my hands are full. The maintenance team is also wonderful and responds quickly to fix any issues that arise. I love living here and would recommend!

Stephanie is one of the best managers you can have! Shes very assisting when you have a request, and will follow up with you. She will also make time to see you in case you prefer to meet. You can tell that she cares about her residents and her team!

All answers have been received, and they followed up on all requests so far.

Centennial team exceeded my expectations

This was such a fantastic experience. Sadly, I have to leave for a job. My leasing agent, Faith, was great.

Faith is it. You need to do everything you can to keep her here and happy. The place is great, but it was really her that sold it for us. Since we’ve moved in, we’ve gotten to know Stephanie, Bethany, and Andrea- all absolutely exceptional and welcoming employees as well. The maintenance staff is great- resolving issues same day.

The team was always very nice, I had a great stay there.

I love the Centennial and most of all, its staff!

It’s been great. I have moved here only 3 hweeks ago and already feel like at home. I like the gym and pool facility the most which is open till late hours. The bbq area during summer is really great with some shade and access to the 4th Ave parades.

Leasing team has been extremely helpful and friendly. Despite complications with furniture delivery, the leasing office made sure my furniture was delivered safely to my apartment. Concierge Andrea has also been amazing, as she made sure to be with me while moving guys entered my apartment and moved my boxes in.

First Filipe did a great Job of showing me my apartment and was very helpful on the first day. Second, i just mentioned that my fridge is a little loud it was just an observation and not a complain. My fridge was changed before i got home from work the same day. I needed to setup my Luxer one account i mailed and the manager approved.

Felipe hands down is the best. Always fast at getting us answers if we have any questions and just an overall down to earth guy.

Centennial Tower is sitting at the perfect location with everything at walking distance. It provides all the great amenities especially the gym, spa pool and swimming pool. All the staff are nice and professional and reply to my questions and requests highly efficiently. Thank you all! I have had a great time living here.

Bethany at the front desk is one of the nicest people Ive ever had at an apt Ive lived in. She is friendly, capable, and good at her job. She is one of the reasons I want to keep staying here.

Miss Faith has gone above and beyond what a leasing agent is expected to do by making me feel at home, coordinating assistance for letting furniture deliveries when Im not home, giving me a Valentine on Valentines Day. Thats just a few things that have helped with me being in Seattle alone.

The location and apartment complex as a whole was wonderful. The staff was great as well, particularly Faith Rucker. She got us set up originally, and maintained a friendly and knowledgeable presence throughout the 4 years we lived here. She even did the flowers for my wedding! She's one of the reasons we stayed for so long, and Centennial is extremely lucky to have her!

the Centennial Court was a large factor in my return to Seattle, I love this building's floor plans. Keep running it well and priced competitively and I'll stay for years.

I moved in early February and had an exceptional experience. Keith at Centennial made me feel right at home from the moment I viewed the apartments.

Tracy, the guy guiding the welcome tour, was extremely nice and helpful. He was flexible and helped us with the initial red-tape issues.

Leading office staff was always helpful and accomodating! Tracy, Cheryl, Faith and Amy were great!

I have lived in several apartment buildings over the last 10 years and I have never felt anything close to the customer service I receive here. The staff are all very friendly and extremely helpful.

Living at the Centennial Tower has been a fantastic experience. I LOVED our neighbors, the yoga classes offered 2x a week, the view from our apartment, the smoke-free policy, the amenities, and the location. If we weren't expecting a baby next month, we would most likely still remain!

For me the most important things are: 1) The apartment itself. Having a big enough bedroom, my own bathroom, a spacious closet, good natural lighting, nice carpet...One of the features of my apartment which won me over was the enormous windows. I love my apartment, and think it is an incredibly nice and comfortable place to live. 2) Location. It is important for me to be in the belltown/downtown/capitol hill neighborhoods, and to be within walking distance of things like the 545 bus stop.

Price is always relevant. But a long term place to live is important as well. The people that work here are the best. They all go out of their way for everyone.

I like this building a lot. The staff is (in order of personal preference); knowledgeable, friendly and attentive.

Faith Rucker, the Equity Residential employee who showed me the building, was extremely professional and far more welcoming than any other person I had spoken to at other apartment complexes. It played a huge roll in determining my choice to move in to the Centennial Apartments.

One of the major reasons we chose this apartment was the professional and sincere approach of our leasing agent, Natalie. We felt that her service was exceptional, and that by living here on the property she had a great deal of credibility. She did a great job of promoting the property as a 'community' and so far we have found that to be the case.

Office Staff: Extremely helpful. Two of the guys go out of their way to do little things like retrieve packages for me outside office hours. Cliff Fletcher deserves a special mention here. Keep it up! Cleanliness & Maintenance: Really well done. Garbage cans are full though most times. That's the only weak spot. Overall, I'm satisfied with my one year spent at the Centennial. I'd never had moved out of Centennial to east side if the commute to work in Redmond didn't take so long. The 520 bridge really needs an extra lane. Thanks for making my stay a pleasant one!
