I love the place! It’s centrally located, very convenient for all commutes. Apartments are spacious and well thought out for city and shared living. Staff is very friendly.

The development is conveniently located, has great amenities, the staff is all very friendly, my apartment has a great layout, decent size, very quiet to neighbors, not necessarily the outside, all maintenance requests have been taken care of quickly and efficiently!

Brianai is gone, so I am a bit confused as to why this is a rating. My apartment faces the Giants ballpark. Below it is a motorcycle tire shop and some huge road construction project that brings in all kinds of dirt into my unit. The constant beeping noise from the equipment, lights and motorcycle noise has been a huge nuisance!

Concierge has been pretty good, and mail room seems very tidy. I can easily pick up my packages without delay. Also, the repair team has been excellent in responding to issues faced in my apt.

Am a 15 year resident at this property and the experience has been amazing. I love this property for so many reasons: the pool, the location, the amenities and the service team is truly excellent and very responsive to our needs. If I were staying longer in San Francisco, I would stay here but I am moving on to the next chapter of life

overall satisfied living here. Being an older apartment complex, I see the attempts to keep it more current with upgrades to appliances, laundry, and painting common areas. In addition it would be great to replace windows for new ones with more soundproof capabilities at least in the bedroom.

Im going on my 2nd Year at Soma Square and I couldnt be happier. Elisa and her team really listen to the tenants. Many of my friends live in Luxury buildings in Soma and they are quite jealous of our amenities, social events we have, and just how attentive the staff is here. Im incredibly happy here and hope I can continue to live here

Sayra is a very caring and helpful associate. She is very enthusiastic about Equity Apartments. She stresses all the features, benefits and flexibility which is very important as I approach my renewal date. And Equity does things properly. I have seen over the last year, when a problem arises they don’t just put on a band aid they fix it

The Soma staff are wonderful individuals. They have been so incredibly welcoming and helpful during my recent move in. They went above and beyond having the landscapers come to clean up our backyard. My girlfriend and I have been living here for a year now and this place is a dream! The apartment itself is like living in a resort hotel. We have a private patio that we have made our own with a garden where we grow veggies and relax after a day at work. The amenities are great and our guests always tell us how envious they are.
