Every question has been answered and every concern has been addressed with a friendly attitude. Both Royia and Justin have been fantastic to work with. I feel they go out of their way to accommodate, not only me, but everyone in the complex.

Everyone was super helpful since we got here, starting with the dolly that made bringing our stuff to the second floor probably 10 times faster, as well as the one and only maintenance request we had for a lightbulb that was stuck. The apartment was in top shape when we moved in, and the hardwood floors make it easy to clean!

I love loving at Parc. I’ve been a few years now. My neighbors are friendly, respectful and take care of the community the same way I do. The management is professional, prompt to communicate and lovely people. Any request is taken care of by the faculties staff pretty quick and also very professionally.
