I love the maintenance men that you guys have. I completely trust them, they are extremely friendly, thorough, and quick! Any time I have a problem Savannah is also quick to respond and take action. The parking issue is already fixed and taken care of. I also feel very safe in the community and I love the pool and gym : thank you guys!

I love our apartment and this community! Everybody on the Villa Solana team is extremely friendly and they go above and beyond to help with an issues we might have. The maintenance team is super friendly, timely, clean and considerate. I love that the team has food truck nights for us as well as other "events" to show appreciation!!!

The complex is in the perfect location, all of my neighbors are friendly and will stop to say hello when Im walking around. The pool and gym are great, and I love having the trail behind our place. I almost never hear our neighbors from inside our apartment, at most its very muffled. The team is very kind and helpful.

I’ve loved living at Villa Solana. After living at Sofi Apartment down the street, and having to deal with all sorts of problems that made us feel not at home. It was really refreshing moving to Villa Solana where everyone from maintenance to the leasing office are super helpful. The community is beautiful along with our neighbors.

The managers have all been great, the maintenance staff responds in a very time manner and is very good at what they do. We like the apartment a lot the kitchen is super great. The hall closet is spacious. The neighbors have all been quiet and friendly. Its been a very good experience.

Maintenance was very helpful with my requests, I really appreciate them putting in extra shelving in pantry. Quiet neighborhood for the most part, except day time with children of course, have not had issues with parking spaces yet, and we really enjoy living on the 2nd floor.

I am from a small town in the mid-west and was very nervous about relocating to California until I met Amy and Tom from the Villa Solana leasing office. They helped me every step of the way and made sure I was comfortable and happy from the application process to well after I moved in. I was able to do everything over the phone and online from 35 hours away and my apartment was ready and waiting when I got here. I had a few maintenance issues with my apartment, but both of them worked on it until my problems were resolved. Amy's upbeat and professional personality combined with compassion and know how make her an ideal leasing agent. Tom's knowledge of people and how to get things done make them an unstoppable team! This was my first apartment ever but it feels more like a home without all the extra hassle and cost. In fact, living at Villa Solana feels more like a vacation at a resort with all the amenities and carefree residents. I am proud to call Villa Solana home and I know it would not have been possible without the wonderful staff I now consider part of my family!

Leasing staff (Tom and Mitchell) were both excellent when answering my 101 questions. Also, when walk through of apartment was done during move in, everything went smooth and a lot of information waa provided. I love the walking trail and also the fitness center. From the first contact I had with this great leasing staff I was extremely impressed with they're kindness, attentive responses, and offering us everything we asked for. Mitchell & Tom have been so wonderful helping us have an easy move in and answered all of my many questions! I definitely feel like I am at home now and couldnt be happier. Its all thanks to Mitchell as he from the beginning took the time to help us find a home before we got married and he made our dreams come true! I wish all customer service was as outstanding as his! I enjoy living here. Mitchell and Rob are always helpful and sympathetic if there is an issue (although there haven't been many). It is less than two miles from work, which is perfect for my current job.

This apartment complex is wonderfully maintained! The office staff were extremely helpful, courteous, and attentive. I also wanted to highlight the helpfulness of the maintenance personnel. While I was in the process of moving into my new apartment the maintenance personnel took a few minutes from his schedule help me load my dresser onto a furniture dolly.

Over all this is a nice place to live. I liked the apt layout and sq footage is adequate with reasonable rent compared to other apartments in the area. The office staff and maintenance are very attentive as well.

We've been delighted to be at Villa Solana for the summer. We're close to family and the bike trails put us in immediate touch with exercise possibilities, nature and a fun way to get to the beach. Our dog loves the green meadow, the walk under the eucalytus trees, and relief from hot Texas summer. Villa Solana staff made us feel immediately welcome and the move-in day was made all the easier. Julie Smith was my leasing associate and she went the extra mile. She really made a difference. We hate to leave because this apartment complex is great. The staff is very friendlyand help seal in the deal of being a home. Service requests are always taken care of in a timely manor. The area is always clean as well as the pool area. Overall this a great place to call home.

My experience has been a good one. The staff is really very warm, yet professioal. It had been a while since I rented on my own so safety was a major concern when I moved in to the complex. Eyvette took the time to place me in an area where she knew I would feel safe and I have. Thanks Villa Staff!

Living at Villa Solana is great place to live and is very affordable. I wouldn't mind renewing my lease next year, however, my concern would be with the upgrades done to the entire apartment complex. Will my lease increase as a result of the upgrades? Other than that, I thank Villa Solana's Team for making a nice place to live.

I am going on 5 years at Villa Solana, I lived in a 1 bedroom for one year, moved to a two bedroom/two bath for another 3 years and am now in a 1 bedroom w/den. I am planning on going back down to a one bedroom unit when my current lease expires in Sept. I have maintained a good relationship with Thea and the rest of the staff and very much enjoy my living experience.
