Top Service! I always feel safe in this building. The staff are very responsible, kind of innovative with their problem solving. They always respond to our service requests promptly. They are also very respectful of the space. We as a family love living here.

Jackie and team were very helpful with the lease and items prior to move in. The process was very organized. It was great to meet Dar and do the walk through on day 1 and he took care of a few remaining items we noticed. The doormen have all been super friendly and helpful with packages weve gotten a lot already!

-Nzhingha is always responsive and helpful, particularly at the beginning -The concierge team is GREAT. I cannot say enough good things about them. -When I have had apartment maintenance issues, they are always resolved quickly and professionally.

In the first few weeks that we have lived at West 96th, we have been extremely pleased. Building Manager Dar and his team are very professional, kind and courteous. They follow through on requests and everyone we have met is truly excellent at this building.

Lobby personnel very professional and like the layer of security. They smile, are conversive and actually check people coming into the building. Kids play area fabulous. WiFI great. Building very clean. How about a big flat screen TV for the lobby so I can watch sports just kidding!! Nice job!!

We loved the West 96 communit, and are simply moving because of the need to relocate near family. We loved the amenities and the staff were always so friendly and helpful. We will really miss our home at West 96.

Everyone from Antje, Jenny & Reid were extremely responsive and easy to work with during the touring & Lease application process...very patient with all of our questions. Since moving in all of the Concierge staff at the front desk have been so welcoming and helpful! Hearing 'Welcome Home' when we arrive after work or a day out makes us smile everytime. Anthony the Proter has also stood out as we have bombarded him with questions on box disposal, etc - his patience & smiles have made the unpacking process as painless as it could be.

Flowers are lovely in the lobby. Eddie and David and all the concierge staff are helpful,pleasant and set a very nice tone for the entire building and should be commended for their quality of service. Courtyard is wonderful and thanks you for the seasonal plantings there. Looking forward to seeing if holiday decoration will be added there as well.

My wife and I have lived in many apartments (almost 7 in the past 25 years). This is unquestionably the best from several points of view: First: Staff and maintenance, Second: Location, Third: Safety, Fourth: Access to public transport. We loved the building and have stayed about 10 years!
