The team at 170 has been fantastic. Angel was great and very helpful during the leasing process, and Nicholas has been very responsive for issues since move-in Andreas was so kind and helpful during my move-in and the maintenance team was fantastic in addressing an issue I had on my first day here.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Life circumstances are forcing a change for me. The staff over the years have always been friendly and courteous. Prompt responses for questions and issues were always provided. 170 Amsterdam was a special part of a wonderful time in my life.

Moving to 170 Amsterdam has been a warm and inviting process. Sophia was extremely informative throughout the leasing process and timely with her responses. The doormen have gone out of their way to introduce themselves and ensure we are comfortable in our new home.

The team has been SO helpful with my move. Andres and Edison have gone above and beyond to make sure I’ve gotten everything set up. Especially because I had surgery 4 days after the move I feel so at home already and like I’ve had tons of help getting settled.

Oksana in the leasing office was very responsive and helpful throughout the initial process. And from my in date until present, all of the doorman and porters- Andreas, Edison, Omar, Eduardo, Walter, have all been incredibly helpful in assisting me with things to make my move in seamless and pleasant. Everyone has been very welcoming!

I have lived in numerous apartment buildings, including other equity properties, and I can say that living at 170 Amsterdam has been my favorite experience. Always friendly and super helpful! Makes living here really great. We dont know our neighbours but we do know all the staff so makes it a friendly environment. Any maintenance issues are fixed very quickly and I trust them completely to come to our apartment when we are out.

Special kudos to the concierge staff -- Andres contacted the moving company to obtain the COI and successfully encouraged a specific move-in date. There was a slight glitch with the move-in schedule which was quickly and efficiently resolved by Angel while Jesus was just going off duty, he lingered to support and advise. A commendable group, indeed!!
