All five doormen have been extremely warm and welcoming to us as weve moved in and gotten settled over the past several days. Victor went out of his way to make sure our dog was also welcomed : The facilities gym, laundry room are extremely clean, easy to accessuse, and work well. Were also extremely happy with our apartment space.

I have said many times that the entire team here at 303 East 83rd is the best around. They all really care about the tenants and are diligent in their work and always want the tenants to be happy and pleased. They meet all expectations and above. I couldn’t be happier that I live here. All this was especially true during Covid!!

Robert leads a very enthusiastic staff throughout 303 E 83. The leasing office, mainly Nathaly being helpful and informative. Front desk, Angel, Cosette, Ricardo and Victor all make sure our packages, especially food get upstairs efficiently. Much thanks to all under these trying times.

Mike Max are amazing! They are super helpful, patient, prompt and friendly. Having them in the building adds so much value. Theyve been there for problems big and small and exceeded my expectations. Robert is terrific. One of the best Community managers we’ve had in a long time. He is always for attentive to tenent comments and requests. He is always thorough and makes sure that what the job is that it was done promptly and to the tenets satisfaction. Kudos to Robert and his team too!!

The concierge staff, porters and handymen are incredible. They take time to learn residents names and are always willing to go above and beyond to help residents. It feels amazing to see Cosette after a long day and even look forward to introducing my family and friends to her when they visit. She consistently goes above and beyond!

This is the best building I have ever lived in. The staff is incredible and it is wonderful to come home to such helpful people. Even thoughthe construction has been difficult at times, the staff has always made up for it. Additionally, I love the music that is in the lobby.

I absolutely loved my 2 years living at 303 E 83rd, which was my first apartment in NYC! Its hard for me to leave this place that truly feels like home, but due to a change in roommate, I am left with no option. I will greatly miss the staff and their always welcoming, smiling faces and helpful hands.

Christian was great to work with. Very helpful and a straight shooter. He made sure that no stone was left unturned in the process. The staff are fabulous, Leah as the Community Manager is great. She is so helpful and goes out of her way to help, a great asset to the building. All the team from doormen to maintenance, to leasing agents everybody is extremely friendly and helpful and it creates a fantastic atmosphere to live in.

Our family has really enjoyed living here. I love that the Q train is now open and the proximity of it to our building. I also appreciate how dog friendly the apartment building is. The staff is courteous and friendly. We will miss this area but work calls our family to another city.

From the very first time of viewing alternative apartments at 3:03 E. 83rd St. made me to feel the property was run in a very professional manner. Leah Cataldo was patient, knowledgeable and listening to what issues were important to me. On the day I moved in Angel, the concierge introduced himself and made me feel very comfortable.

I have been more than pleased so far with the staff both prior to me moving in and once in the building. Everyone has been so friendly and nice and more than accomodating. I love my apartment and was so pleased with how well it was maintained prior to my move in. My experience so far has been great and I would highly recommend a residential property within Equity to anyone I know that is looking to rent.
