Every person who works in the building is helpful , friendly , and genuinely cares . The staff at 777 6th Ave like working there . Their attitude and happiness and is reflected in the nice atmosphere of the building .

Each of the doorman greet me with a smile on their face each time I walk into the building. They are always aware when I have a package, which I love! The maintenance staff is also great as they respond to my request usually within an hour or two hours. They are very efficient and always get the job done.

Living at 777 is a real home ! The building management and staff have welcomed me , my son and cat as if we are family. The atmosphere is community minded and warm . Family rules ! Have never been so happy in a building community .

Meredith was great and very easy to deal with. Walter the super has been on top of everything and making sure the move in was a breeze. On top of that the follow up from entering service requests on the portal was fantastic. To get a follow up call and a response within 24 hours was great service. I really appreciate it.

Beyond my imaginations. Meredith is 10 Stars. The welcome home card and bottle of wine was a surprise. I needed it. Walter The Super is a True Sport, he deserves 10 Stars. Made my moving so easy and stress free. Even went beyond his call to hang a few things for me. He’s a Champ.

I love living at 777 6th ave! I always say I feel like I live in a hotel. The doormen are so welcoming and friendly everytime I come in and out of the building. The ladies in the office are super friendly. The gym is always kept clean and neat at all times. It is my home away from home!

I am loving my new apartment. Having moved from the UK I am only just receiving furniture / shipped items and the front desk have been incredibly helpful. My only suggestion would be for more information on the residents website regarding how to access all the facilities (i.e laundry, gym etc.)

Walter is WONDERFUL!!! He was a huge help to me when I moved in and continues to be extremely helpful. Everyone at the front desk is always very nice, happy to help with taking and transporting packages, and is always very friendly. I love living her - the building feels like home, is well maintained (can't wait for the scaffolding to be gone!), and the location is great.

We love the staff here. Everyone is extremely nice, and haven't really met all staff yet. Esmir and Walter are outstanding! As well as Michael, Steven, Adrian, Jose S., and Jose A. There are several other staff members we haven't met yet, but I'm sure they're just as great. All of the staff in the Leasing Office are excellent as well.

Our daughter has lived in this building for the last 2 summers and has had a great experience living here, loving all the amenities, gym, outside spaces and community center. the security in the building allows her to feel safe coming and going and being alone in NYC

I've lived with 777 Sixth for four years, and I couldn't be happier. In fact, the only factor making NYC difficult to leave was leaving my apartment. It's amazing. Debbie and the staff have been immensely helpful. Esmir and the concierges make me feel safe, and at home. I hope to live at 777 Sixth again when I move back to NYC in 2015.

I've been in nyc for 20 years and have lived in a lot of buildings. So far this one has been one of the best. Everything went perfectly with this search and move. Debbie in the rental office was fantastic from my first contact with her, Gabriel was fantastic with move-in day and walking me through everything in the apartment and has stopped by to make sure all is okay. All of the doormen and maintenance guys are fantastic also, feels like there is nothing they won;t do for you. All and all this has been and continues to be a great experience

Moving is a very stressful time but the team at 777 really helped to make my renting and moving in go smoothly. The lease paperwork done by Debra was easy and efficient, love that it's all online including money transfers. The move in scheduling, tour and exchange of keys done by Gabriel was effortless and could not have gone smoother. I have never had an apartment move go smoother in NYC and have never moved into an apartment that was in this good order. Last but not least Miguel has been fantastic in helping us inside the apartment by hanging some of our very heavy things and making sure everything is just as we need it.
