It has been a great experience. I have already recommended Versailles at Woodland Hills to many people, because the management team is very caring, understanding and responsive. The location is great and the apartments are spacious and beautiful. Thank you for taking care of us and I wish we could stay longer.

I been here for about 8 months now , when I first moved in the Leasing Staff was so helpful of moving me in right away and after I moved in they called me for the first 2 weeks to make sure I moved in was successful , any maintenance issue I had they fixed right away, the maintenance staff is professional , and the building is very clean

We are new tenants at Versailles Woodland Hills. The staff is professional, friendly and responsive. There were some concerns we had early on, however, the management team resolved the issues within a reasonable timeframe. Therefore, so far, we are quite pleased.

Appreciate the efforts of the leasing staff, with a special mention for Janice. Right from the day of visiting the office for leasing the apartment to move-in, it has been a very smooth process. Really loved the apartment layout. Maintenance staff is really good. Overall a great experience so far and I am hoping that my family will be very happy. They are coming from India and joining me in couple of weeks and it will just be a move in ready apartment :-) Look forward to spending some quality time here.

I would like continue to express my appreciation for Michael, Janice and John. From the first day that I walked into Versille in search of a new place to live to this present day they have been very helpful, courteous, professional, friendly and are consistently making sure that I am very happy with my new home. They have made sure that all of my Maintenance have been handled quickly upon my request and I can not Thank them enough. Michael, Janice and John are the best and most caring Leasing Staff members and deserve much recognition. I am not sure of the Maintenance Man name, but I think it is Heran. I wanted to give him Kudos for the great experience he gives in keeping up with the repairs in the building.

Living here has been great so far. The kids love the amenities and make full use of them. My husband feels like he is staying at a hotel. It's clean and I always see staff cleaning. I love the clean smell, especially in the lobby.

My experience has been great. My only request is that I would like for the gym to be open 24 hours. i would to have accecss to the gym at all times. Its sometimes hard for me to get in there before 10 p.m. other than that I am happy with the staff and how the maintain the property. I have no complaints. Thank you!!

This apartment was needed as a transion period, and it worked out perfect. The apt is very spacious, so it worked out well for myself and two kids. The maintaince crew keep the ground clean, the elevators smelling nice. It's been a pleasure living here. The office manager and his staff our wonderful, they deserve a raise, always pleasant to talk to.

Thats important to me. I have lived in complexes where my needs were ignored and the office staff did not really seem to care. Absolutely 100% NOT the case here. Great staff!

Having lived in numerous apartment complexes over the years and having dealt with a wide variety of property management staff, I am quite impressed with the attentiveness and service provided by all of your staff. Adrienne,Seonna and Ashley have made it a priority to make sure that all of my questions and concerns were addressed and resolved in a timely manner and with the utmost care. Being that my profession puts me in a position to which I am a resource for my clients, I have and would recommend this building based solely on the service the staff provides.

My apartment search began at Versailles. I went to numerous other properties, but what brought me back to Versailles was the spacious apartment, the amenities, the apartment features, and Adrian Szabo - the property manager. He was the most genuine, down-to-earth, realistic, helpful, and supportive individual with whom I corresponded. He answered all my questions. He allowed my boyfriend and I to walk through the different apartments available. He was positive and accommodating from the very moment we met him. When we first moved in to our apartment, our dryer was not getting hot enough to dry the clothes. It was fixed within 6 hours of requesting assistance. I love this apartment. It's huge. It's affordable. It's clean. I am so happy about my decision to move here. I love that I can pay my rent online. I have nothing but good things to say at this point, and I don't see any reason that would change. Thank you.

I am very happy here! I've had several little items I've needed help with and Syona and Adrian are always available when needed. I recommended Versailles to my friend who moved in and I've made several other recommendations - all good!

The Office Staff and Maintenance are all wanderful and always ready and willing to help. I have seen a lot of Managers come and go and Adrian is really the best thing that happened to this Community.

Adrian is the best he is profesional and friendly. Hernan and his staf is great. When ever we have a issue they fix it immdeiately. I'm comfortable and I grateful to for the office staff. We hope to live many more years with Versailles and Equity

It is very possitive environment. You can spend time in the building by swimming, excercising, playing basketball, walking the dogs,playing raquetball, and socializing. It always feels good to be able to walk in a safe and enclosed environment.

Ryan, the gentleman who assisted me with finding an apartment, was very helpful in acquainting me with the different features this building offered. After my move in he was very attentive and efficient with making sure that my questions and concerns were addressed and resolved in a timely manner.

I must say that I enjoy living here at Versailles. The office staff is more friendly and on top of things compared to the office staff that was here when I moved here back in 2008.

Though the apt location and features were my prime consideration at the time of moving in, I quickly found out that you have a great and helpful office staff. That along with the prompt attendance to service requests and the community features makes it one of the very good places to live.

THe leasing office staff is incredible. I love the ammentities at the complex. And for me the apartment is very close to my job so I couldnt really ask for much more :)
