The staff has been amazing especially Marcus, Andrew, and Linda who helped guide me through my unusual circumstances when finding a unit. Abi is equally as great, helping fix a number of issues the unit has sustained from the previous tenants and wear and tear.

Living at Radius has been such an incredible experience. I have never experienced such a high level of professionalism from each and every member of the Radius team. Thank you for all the hard work making sure the residents here have a wonderful and a safe place to call home. We will miss calling Radius our community and our home.

Everyone in the leasing office and Radius staff are so kind and very helpful. The building is kept clean and it’s pretty quiet around here. I also really appreciate the response and actions to kelp our community safe during the pandemic.

I chose this apartment for the location, the quality of the building and the finishes, and the layout of the unit. It turned out to be a great place to be quarantined for months, and I do really love this apartment.

I am very satisfied with the Radius team. Everytime I have a question or concern it is answered very quickly. The office staff is so friendly and approachable. Michelle, Guia, and Edwin are always very eager to help and offer guidance and solutions to any issue Ive had. The mainteance staff is very quick to respond with a great attitude

The leasing agents of Guia Serrano and Zuri Tamayo are a shining example of professionalism and kindness. Moving my daughter across country was stressful and a lot of unknowns. Guia and Zuri made choosing the Radius her new home a no brainer. The gentleman who provide security are helpful and give me piece of mind.

Guia is awesome. She is so nice and always there to help. We just moved to LA and she gives suggestions to best place to go like resto, Asian market, grocery and malls nearby. William from maintenance did a great job with our service request. Fast response too. The team did above and beyond our expectations.
