Staff is very friendly and helpful. I feel safe and secure with security in the evenings. The amenities are very good and taken care of. Whenever I submit a service request, the tech is prompt, polite and very detail with the repair. Housekeeping keeps the space very clean. Overall very satisfied and happy with our stay! TY

We loved our apartment - the space, layout, and functionality of it. We appreciated the friendly staff especially Maydel, who once stayed late in order to let me into my apartment to grab a spare car key because I had locked my keys AND MY DOG in my car at work. We loved the maintenance cleaning teams too. So nice!

Trey and Leo are outstanding managers. They really seem to care about the residents here at Glo and work hard to make this a quality place to live. The service staff are also attentive. Repairs are timely and the porters do an outstanding job keeping the community clean.

By now, I have had the chance to interact with the entire team and I could not be more happy. Everyone is professional, courteous, yet still has the all important most appropriate sense of humor. In many of my previous locations I dreaded talking with management, that is not the case here. I enjoy saying hi and they enjoy saying hi back!

I was very impressed how friendly and professional the staff was, Mark Burlaza, Esteban De La Riva, Favio Castro and the rest of the staff have made living at GLO better then I could have imagined when I first moved into the Downtown Area. They were and have always been helpful, professional and friendly. They make everyone at Glo feel like family. I hope to be a Resident at this complex in the next couple of years and the biggest reason is because of the Environment the staff has created.
