Shaunee is the best. She walked over to K-202 from the leasing office multiple times to assist with move-in and went above and beyond to make sure that we had a smooth process. There was a banking info hiccup and she was polite and helped to get it fixed.

So far, the leasing team has been very easy to get ahold of and very accommodating. There was a bit of a situation on my moving day that they said wouldn't be able to get resolved at first, but after I explained they found a workaround. I'm greatly appreciative of the consideration and flexibility!

The management staff here has been very polite, considerate, and acts in a professional manner every time I meet with them. The maintenance team here is also super sweet and are kind to my dogs whenever they visit. Excellent experience for my first 7 months here!

The people at the front desk are amazing, when you ask them something they give you a answer and if they do not know the answer they find it for you and get back to you. Working in customer service Is hard, they deal with all kinds of people everyday and I fill they do it wonderfully. Also a shoutout to the maintenance people ??

Everyone has been excellent in welcoming me and my dogs to our new home! Traveling from Columbus, Ohio, I didn’t know what to expect but the team here has gone above and beyond to create a beautiful experience for us and I’ve never felt at home so quick at a new apartment.

I absolutely love it here. Marsha went out of her way to help me find the perfect unit. She helped me fill out my application.. Aimee was extremely helpful and flexible always. China helped me when I had an emergency and almost missed a flight. AJ is always kind and helpful as well. They are like family.

My husband and I LOVE Pearl Apartments. We are moving to another Equity Residential Community in Koreatown to be closer to work. We will miss Pearl so much as it has become our home. A big thank you to the Pearl staff that has made this community so wonderful to live in. We will miss you!

Nicole has been very helpful and quick to respond to my emails. One day I needed a luggage cart but all 3 were being used. Nicole went the extra mile and once one was returned it was placed outside of my door which was greatly appreciated.

The staff is always helpful and very proactive. They seem to anticipate problems before they happen. Security has been outstanding as well. They have turned the pool area into a enjoyable. Place to sit and relax.

Pearl overall is a comfortable and safe place to live, the location is very good and the pool area is fun and replacing. I have not used the gym but it looks to be satisfactory. We would like to see more storage available for bikes however. The people that live here are friendly

The location cant be beat! Close to everything. Staff have been friendly and helpful. Service requests have been addressed quickly. I only gave it a four star because my unit is a little dated compared to what Im accustomed to. However, it is comfortable and feels like home.

A few weeks ago I had a clogged drain. Not only did the maintenance team come out to try and fix it but when they discovered that it was no quick fix, they came back the next day and replace the entire drain for me. The amenities are amazing, the people who live here are chill, and the security makes me feel very safe living here.

What makes the Pearl my favorite place Ive ever lived is the team! Ive never experienced anything like it! Nicole, Aimee, Marsha, AJ, Eric - everyone is the office treats me like a friend. The hand written notes the maintenance team leave are a nice touch. I also love the emails sent to residents about important community updates.

Dear Pearl Management, I love Pearl Apartments and will be back this spring! The only reason why I am moving out mid December is a big job in Switzerland during winter season. Pearl does an amazing job, love the new Luxer room package pick up system... Nicole, Marsha, Frederic, Chris....and and and love them! I will be back!

Great service taking care of maintenance issues on-time and thoroughly. Love the friendliness of help in the lobby office. Nicole is great and so is Chris. Always checking up on how things are going and I appreciate their positive vibes. Also security guard is great, I appreciate what he does to keep the grounds safe.

Uncontrollable factor is neighbor activity, but other than that, neighborhood or area is great. The rooms are suitable, and the parking available is also a benefit.
