Julia in the leasing office has been exceptional. She has been timely in responding to all of my questions, very friendly and super helpful throughout this process. The maintenance staff that I have encountered so far have all been wonderful as well. Requests are answered quickly and everyone is very friendly.

The people in the Office are always willing to solve any problems you may have inyour apartment. A good example is that my microwave was not heating the food, and they immediately contacted the maintainance crew and by that night I was able to reheat my leftovers.And the maintainance crew is always helpful too.

Marina 41 is beautiful! The staff has gone above and beyond helping us with our move. We were not able to see the apartment because we were in NYC, so William showed different units to our daughters who loved it. He helped us pick the perfect apartment for us with a gorgeous view and we love it!

Overall our experience was great. Upon reciting our renewal notice, we decided that we wanted to downsize and would have enjoyed staying within the community. However, we were unable to find a one bedroom apartment that fit our needs and desires within marina 41 specifically with the parking situation.

We have been residents at Marina 41 for 5 years. We LOVE our experience there! The building is well maintained and clean. Patios and Windows are cleaned regularly, Dryer Lint as well. When there is a maintenance issue, there is a prompt and courteous response! We love the location, near the beach, LAX, and other West LA Cities!

The staff is always polite and willing to help with any small or large problems that may occur. A good example is when a package of mine that was delivered to the package room according to my email it was missing for days. But the team did not give up and helped me locate it. The maintenance is right there if there is a problem .

Loved every moment living here at Marina 41! Never ONCE had an issue with my unit, the grounds were always maintained, the staff was always friendly, and improvements were always being made. If I could choose, this would be my always home! Oh, not to mention the dog friendliness. That was a major reason we chose to live here. Recommend!

When I walk into the Office for a needy request I am met with a friendly smile and sometimes a big hug. It makes me feel that I am with family. And whatever the problem, they are willing to solve it right away. If it is a maintenance problem they walk into that office and report it for me.

DAngelo is an Angel sent from heaven we love him and we love our new apartment. We were just next door at Oakwood and is nice to see newer and upgraded appliances and amenities. We feel home.

We really enjoyed our stay at Marina 41. Compared to the other options in the marina this place wins hands down. The extra square footage you get in these apartments, the vaulted ceilings, and the wonderful landscaping all made us forget we were in LA! If we could take our apartment back to the bay area with us we would :P

I LOVE my apartment. It was originally shown to me and I kept saying no, based on location (over alley, 2nd floor, etc). I am so glad that I am in this one. The size is right and the best natural light I have ever had in my home! The staff has been amazing!!! Very personable, accommodating and quick to respond. Love that I get a package notification from text and email. Very happy!!

I have loved living here! The only reason I am choosing to move is because I was promoted at work and am moving to Colorado. The office staff is amazing and very nice! The amenities are great as well! I have utilized the gym and hot tub quite often and would definitely recommend this place to others!

Tiffany and Heather were amazing!!! They were attentive to all of our questions and needs. We have been in a house for several years and was hesitant in making the move but they were right there every step of the way. Love my apartment. Especially the view!! I love living here and am really sad to leave. I got a different job that is 50 miles away and that is just too far to commute. I love the staff in the office. Every single one of them is very friendly and helpful. I love the dog park area-- well, actually my dogs do. :-). The grounds are always clean and well taken care of by the maintainance staff. They are always very friendly and considerate--- I really appreciate them always turning off their equipment or water hose when I walk past them with my dogs. They do that EVERY single time and always smile and speak. Anothervthingbi like is the great communication the office has with thr residents about situations withinbthe community or if they have a package for you. Alerting us through email, facebook and text. I just do not have one single bad thing to say about my experience living at Archstone-Marina Del Rey. I am truly going to miss living here. I just hope my apartment in Huntington Beach will be just as good. Thank you

Jennifer did a fantastic job helping me not only find the perfect apartment home to meet my needs but was extremely helpful during my move in process. The communication between her and the rest of the staff was excellent so when she was off her colleagues were able to assist as they were aware that I was expecting the movers on a certain day needing the gate to be open, etc. We had several unexpected changes to the schedule but they were able to accommodate in a timely manner.

This has been a very good experience, the office staff has been great to work with, I had a neighbor problem a few months ago and they were right on it.
