It could not be better located and it is amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools.The entire staff is always ready to greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise...they are extremely accommodating.

Omuri Brown has been a huge help I was going to look elsewhere after my initial viewing, but he listened to my feedback and showed me a different unit in the building that was perfect for me! He has also been incredibly helpful and pleasant to work with while I have been moving in and getting used to the new apartment!

They’ve met expectations for the most part and have been very helpful. Our screen door has still not been fixed though which they said would happen within the first few days and we have lived here over 2 weeks. But overall they have met every promiseexpectation and been exceedingly friendly and helpful.

I absolutely LOVED living here. This is an excellent apartment complex. Very safe, clean, quiet, confortable, and the management personnel is wonderful! They were always very helpfull and attentive.I would have definately renewed my lease, but due to some financial cut backs i have had to make i will not be able to. Actually Im currently looking for a new place and this time i will be living with a roomatte so im looking for a two bedroom and management (Joseph)is helping me look for a vacancy within the Equity Apartments buildings. Belive me, this is the my first choice of living location i will go with if my girlfriend and I can find something within our price range. I look forward to finding a new location, but if i dont i would like to let you all know that this was an extraordinary living experience for me. Thank you for everything Virgil square!

When I was looking for a new place to move to, the staff was very responsive, and made the process very easy for me. They checked in every now and then to make sure I was still interested in the property, and once I committed to moving in, they made everything happen so quickly. The staff was always in touch with me from beginning to end.
