I loved Versailles! It's such a wonderful place to live it's gorgeous here we'll kept and beautiful ?? if it were up to me I'd stay here but our family is growing and due to that we need a bigger place!

He was awesome, was able to help and had great communication.

Crystal is always quick to respond to any concerns my family expresses and also very welcoming whenever we see her in her office.

Crystal and her team has been great and very welcoming. We just moved back to Versialles after having to break our lease. Crystal made us feel like we never left and I appreciate her so much for that. She has been beyond accommodating to ensure that we are comfortable in our new home. Its great to see familiar faces again.

I absolutely love the management on this property. Crystal and Linda have exceeded our expectations each time. We’ve previously been tenants of The Versailles Apartments before our move to another Equity Residential property on the West Side, and have returned after a year. The service here has been amazing!

Professional, prompt response times and friendly

So many reasons, this team is always so helpful. Responsive to issues is 100, But more importantly the repair cleaning crew... They get the real gold star. We were forced out months back from a flood from management to maintenance, everything was handled FLAWLESSLY! Thank you for everything you guys do continue doing! Thank you!

Everyone has been extremely nice and courteous. Even during a late night call to fix our smoke detector, the gentleman was polite and quick as he resolved the issue.

Linda has been incredible from day one. I had a very high stress situation where I planned on living elsewhere but previous tenants where not leaving the unit. This resulted in my being homeless two days before leaving to move 1,509 miles to Los Angeles. Linda helped me in every way and went above and beyond what I thought was possible.

Our experience learning about and moving into the apartment was very friendly and helpful with the help of Kristin. She responded quickly to all emails and messages and we were able to get the apartment and move in easily and efficiently.

Anytime I have had a question it has been very easy to get in contact with some one. Everything is as clean and well kept as the day I toured.

Its a nice place to live with a lot of amenities. K-town can be a busy, hectic place, but Versailles is situated nicely away from the major streets and is nice and quiet.

Crystal and Linda are great. Ive had the pleasure of seeing them daily for the past 2 yrs. While issues were very rare, they were both amazingly responsive and got the issues resolved asap. I would have loved to have stayed, not gone through another move, and continued to see them every day.

Specifically to Versailles, Crystal and Linda are great. Also, maintenance really appears to care about fixing issues whenever they arise.

Versailles is a great place to live! Is clean and quiet and has a great rent price. It has all the amenities other apartment buildings in Los Angeles don't have and is secure. Alex Sakr was of great help when we moved in we fell loved the place right away! The process of moving in was painless and so fast! I would recommend the building to anyone who is looking for a place to live and ask for Alex since he is always fast and answers all the questions and needs.

This is the first time I've lived in an apartment after 20 years of living in a condo. I like not having to handle maintenance. I've found staff here (both office and maintenance) to be very cordial and responsive. I like that a security guard is here i

Dyana is great in the office. She is always smiling and eager to help. Juan in maintenance is great also. Our dogs love him.

The Versailles has been a wonderful place to live. It was safe, comfortable, conveniently located, and beautiful to look at. Any issues - such as noisy neighbors or broken appliances - were dealt with quickly by the staff. In particular, the manager Joseph Kim was an excellent liaison for the building. Had our family's circumstances (career paths) been different, we would have been happy to remain at the Versailles.

Joseph and Josh have been very helpful. Having rented without touring the property we were a little concerned. We love our apartment at Versailles.

This property is so well run. Each issue is addressed immediately to the whole building as a community. There is continuous upkeep in each unit and I am proud to live here. Everything is thoroughly followed up on and Dyana and Joseph are always very helpful! I am so pleased we found this place to live!

Staff has been most supportive. I have enjoyed my apartment and will miss it. I am going back to the Medici, mainly because of accessability to their park for my little dog, as well as proximity to work (easier to get home at lunch for dog).

My living experience here has been good. For the rent that i pay i feel that i am getting what is expected.

I am very impressed with the ongoing maintenance in the buildingd. I also feel safe coming into the parking area late at night which is very important to me. I like the ongoing communication with staff/management via email and also when you see them. From a 2 week perspective, I feel that the building is well managed.

Overall, this was one of the top apartments I lived in koreatown with convenient locations to stores and restaurants, with friendly staff and nighbors. The unit has both modern and classy side. I loved Oxford Ave. Because it was a pretty garden- like street that my dog loved to take a walk. I would definitely stayed if the price was less expensive. I enjoyed living at versailles.

I was down to 2 choices before picking this apt. One was park la brea a couple of miles away, and this apt. But the courteous staff of versailles made feel that this is a place i want to be in.

I enjoyed the living in the apartment, and had I chance to visit Los Angeles again, I would choose this apartment to live.
