Since we havent moved in yet - Janet Megan and Irene the cat wont be there until July 19th all I can comment about is about how helpful you have been giving Ryan and Shana access to the apartment as they get things set up for us. We get notices about all the deliveries and were really looking forward to moving in.

We absolutely loved living at Nest On Sixth. Staff is amazing and kind. We werent planning on moving, but unfortunately COVID happened and we felt we needed to move away for a little bit. We do plan on living in equity community again.

The whole team is very helpful. The manager Geraldo always has a smile on his face when I go to the lobby and even learned my dogs name. Macy and Randell made everything go by smooth. Macy even stayed a little overtime the day we moved in to give us the key.

The leasing team here, has been AMAZING. I needed to move from another Equity Residential place to here on short notice, and Macy was a big help. Yes, there was a maintenance issue that happened as soon as I walked into the apartment, but it was handled really quickly. Within 20 minutes they showed up and fixed the issue.

Randall has been nothing but helpful and amazing. He’s made moving in a lot less stressful than anticipated. Moving is hard, but having a consultant that offers immediate help and makes the process easier, makes a massive difference. Thank you to all the staff including Macy, but especially to Randall.
