I absolutely loved living here. Ricky the manager is one of the best people I have ever met. He is always willing to go the extra mile to help! Josh, the maintenance worker was also always so much help to me. My roommate situation changed and I was able to move to another Equity building with my roommate!

I really love Eleve and am sad to leave. My apartment is quiet, the amenities are great, and I love the location. Maintenance always followed up promptly with any issues, and management is always on top of things. I hope I can return to Eleve again if the opportunity arises.

I’ve been living at the Eleve lofts for about a year now, and the staff has been extremely kind and responsive to my requests and needs. It’s rare to find that in complexes like these.

The leasing consultant that handled and finalized our move in was very patient and professional.

Signing for the apartment was easy, quick, and all mini problems were solved appropriately with no hesitation.

The experience has been enjoyable, but not perfect, as with any place it has its flaws. Aside from some issues with apartment it’s self the staff on sight is amazing and kind and is always quick to fix any problem.

I couldnt ask for more from the team. Theyve been amazing.

It was a great experience. We would stay but the 2 bedroom is out of our budget and we need need a little more space than the lofts.

My husband and I have loved living at Eleve. Management is on top of things and is prompt to respond to any issues or questions. Everything is always top notch and clean. We are sad to leave but jobs out of state are causing us to leave.

it is the best place to leave, not just for people also fo our pads. Our building with a sky deck has the best view. You can invite your friends and family members to enjoy our sky deck. It has conference rooms where you can organize your meetings. No time to go the gym no worries here in the first floor 7 days 24 hours open gym.

Had it not been for a job location change, Id have loved to stay.

I have not had any major issues, anything I have needed I put a request in and it’s been resolved in a timely manner.

Courtney is Great! Maintenance is great, Alex leaves the cutiest notes after he fixes things in your apartment if youre not home and the janitors are so nice and trust worthy, I left my LV purse on the roof and minutes later the doorbell rung and it was the janitor returning it! I Love this place and feel so safe and happy here.

No complaints! Community is very clean, maintenance always happens when needed, etc.

I really enjoyed living here, and can’t complain about anything. The staff were all friendly, they kept the areas clean, and my apartment was mostly quiet except for a few times. I liked most things about this community and would recommend it to anyone looking to live in Glendale

I have lived in three Equity Apartments throughout the country. All three experiences were positive. The facilities are well-maintained. The staff was professional and accommodating. Equity Apartments doesnt operate a facility where I am moving, which is too bad because I would have continued being a tenant.

I love the community yet am moving back to NYC for work. Luckily I found another equity residential property to live in there!!! Thanks so much for all you do for residents!

The Skydeck is awesome with its 360 views. The dog park is awesome. Bedroom sizes are huge. ISP speeds are super fast 1,000 mbs up and down

Great service. They always help me with any concern in a timely manner. They’re very nice and I’ve never had an issue in my 1.5 years living at Eleve.

Parking is very convenient and we feel very safe here. We just moved across the country from DC, so safety and security were top on our list while searching for apartments. The studio loft has a lot of space and a great walk in closet to fit all of our things. We are very happy here and love the rooftop deck.

Rachel and Courtney have gone above and beyond to help out. Theyre always available for special requests, and even have done things that I didnt know I needed.

The office staff Courtney Rachel and Oren are the absolute best. They are truly the heart of the complex. So accommodating , polite and just awesome.

Never getting surprises: for example always before something should happen in building cleaning , alarm testing, cleaning, or ice check and so on we getting information at least one week before it will happen. I loved living here. Ive lived here for two years and Im very sad to go. The ONLY reason that we are leaving is that our family is growing and we need a bigger place! If it was just the two of us, wed stay longer!

Eleve has been a good experience through out. The skydeck is a great amenity and parking structures have storage cages. The management team has been a pleasant experience too, and are always courteous and helpful.

The view of the apartment is stunning! A lot of friends were blown away by my apartment choice here at Eleve Loft and Skydeck. The apartment features are wonderful and the skyjack is amazingly beautiful!

The move in process was very easy and straightforward and Rachel was particularly awesome! I visited the property twice before signing my lease and she was super helpful and pleasant. Once I was ready to sign my lease she was great at responding to any and all questions I had leading up to my move in and her helpfulness continued once I moved everything in. A special thank you to her, she did and is still doing a great job!

My boyfriend and I have felt really happy with out new apartment, maintenance has been helpful and the leasing office staff went above and beyond to accommodate to our needs.

I had a wonderful experience living at Eleve.

Specifically, Catherine Neese (leasing agent) was SPECTACULAR in listening to all of my concerns and being my first point of contact with Eleve (an Equity property). But the ENTIRE team (Courtney, Jose and Oren) are all wonderful and I am (actually surprised!!!) with the high level of professionalism and service. It feels more akin to a hotel than an apartment in that regard....and that's something I really appreciate.

We are very grateful to our Resident managers Catherine Neese and Courtney Villasenor, and also our building tech Jose for being so helpful, welcoming and friendly during our move-in and our stay at Eleve.

The office and maintenance staff have done their best to accomodate me. I have sensitivities to chemicals and metals which have been triggered by a few things in the apartment and garage. The staff has gone out of their way to help me with explaining products used and even moving garage spaces. I have been very happy with their patience and understanding.

All of the Equity staff here are excellent and have made living here a good experience. They are all very professional, courteous, and good at what they do. The previous owners and management company at Elevé (I was one of the first to move into the building when it opened in 2013) were courteous, but ineffective and disorganized. When Equity took over, the 'new' staff definitely inherited the mess that the old company left. Yet, the Equity team here seemed to handle the bumpy transition with confidence and great professionalism. I'm sure it was no easy task.

I loved the skydeck and the proximity to the galleria and my work in downtown. I would have liked to stay but unfortunately had to move out sooner than hoped. Everything else pretty positive too, so I would recommend to others needing a place in the area. :)
