The community is very fitting for my needs and the staff did a great job of putting good people in the community. I haven't encountered any problems so far without a quick, easy fix. Always answers my emails and service requests quickly. I also suggested putting up lights on the sun deck and they were put up! I love the amenities and the staff is super friendly.

As a most recent experience, we requested for a repair service for a leaking showerhead in the morning and they showed up at our doorstep that same afternoon! We were all amazed at the fast response time.

He helped to take care of anything that we asked immediately and handled himself professionally. We found another opportunity that we couldn’t pass up otherwise we would have resigned our lease

There is a lot more space than we thought it’s pretty amazing. All of the amenities included are awesome as well. They staff are super friendly genuinely want to know if there is anything they can help with.

When My toilet broke over a holiday weekend the maintenance man was phenomenal and made sure it was fixed before he left. He went above and beyond for me, as I have a 2 bathroom apartment and my son has Crohn’s Disease and we needed both bathrooms to be in use. Excellent staff.

Working with the team in the leasing office was a breeze.

Everyone is wonderful and has either made the necessary improvements to the unit or it is in process.

If we ever have a problem they are addressed quickly and promptly. Always open to answering any questions. The management is friendly and when packages are delivered they hold on to them and update that a package is waiting for us.

I love the team here at Lindley! I appreciate everything everyone on the team has done for us. There were some service requests that needed to be done, and we did have to clean the kitchen when we moved in, but overall, Im very happy in my home!

Alison has been very understanding of our move-in situation, as we had a 2 week overlap with our previous apartment lease. She answered all of my emails and questions promptly and made the move-in process a smooth one.

Alison has been very helpful in helping us get settled in our new apartment and setting up repairs for any items that needed to be addressed. She has gone above and beyond.

Shelly is a major asset to the Lindley and Equity Team. Ive lived in about over 10 apartment communities in my lifetime and have never had someone as attentive and level headed as Shelly. I love my apartment and I love the community. The location is great and it‘’s so close to Ventura Blvd. The office team was extremely helpful during and after my move. The kitchen is so spacious and has a lot of cabinet and counter space.

The staff here is amazing and they make life here like it's a 5-star resort.

Staff has always been responsive and attentive to our needs or requests. Complex is always clean. Only concern is when other tenants leave their trash in front of the trash shoot. It throws off the cleanliness of the complex but it is always taken care of by the nest morning or same day
