Its only been a few weeks, but the building is building. Kenneth was really nice and responsive. There were a few issues with the apartment, but Kenneth was able to get them fixed for us. We had strangers parking in our parking area, but Kenneth send out a mass email and we dont have a problem with that anymore. Hope this keeps up. :

Kenneth and Jorge have been a pleasure to meet and work with. They were both super communicative and provided answers to all the questions that we had. The application process was really easy since we were already living in a sister property.

The Artisan on 2nd leasing team were super kind and considerate. They really listen to you and explain everything transparently. Becky was by far the kindest leasing manager I have ever met. She really made me feel at home even before I moved in.

Living at The Artisan has been a great experience. I’ve appreciated how helpful the staff has been. The few and minor service requests were taken care of quickly. I feel safe. My neighbors are the greatest. I’d highly recommend The Artisan to anyone of any age.

My wife and I were very disappointed at several things and were ready to move out as soon as our lease was up. Your now property manager fixed all of our issues in less than a week and restored our love for our apartment building.

I’ve enjoyed living here. The apartment is comfortable and fairly quiet, the neighbors are great, the people in the office are friendly and responsive, and the maintenance staff especially Donaldo is excellent. If I were planning to remain in LA, I’d renew for another year, at least.

The response time, with the very minor maintenance issues I’ve had, has been almost immediate, all within 24 hours. Donaldo’s work has been excellent and he always leaves a note with exactly what he did. Sofia has been a pleasure from application to move-in to continued warmth and kindness. Great staff!

We had a great experience living at the Artisan and would continue to do so if we were in need of a two bedroom apartment. However, we are downsizing to a one bedroom, that is the only reason we have decided to move on. Sophia has been an amazing community manager!

Awesome expierence. I’m relocating to Los Angeles and came across this apartment complex while I was in the area looking at other apartments. Sophia was absolutely amazing to work with!! She showed me some units with out having an appointment scheduled and made the entire process so easy !! Sophia was very prompt and friendly

Our experience has been really great so far! Kyle Clewis has been so helpful. From our initial interest in the apartment, leading up to the move, and even after settling into the apartment, Kyle has been very responsive and friendly throughout the process. During my move, I interacted frequently with Kyle, who went above and beyond during and following my move. He has not only been exceedingly helpful, but also he's very attuned to tenants' needs. Additionally, I have called upon maintenance several times, and the response has been amazingly fast. Donald also goes above and beyond the call of duty. The professionalism and courtesy of this entire building staff from top to bottom is noteworthy, and they deserve a pat on the back for it.

Kyle is wonderful. After getting to know him he is a pleasure to see at the office and so is Brian Manley. I have seen Brian here at the property more than i have any other GM that managed Artisan over the passed several years... I also cannot say enough good things about Joel, DonAldo and Oren... Just a charming group

I would like to add, Kyle, has been most helpful with any and all questions I have had about the property. He is also familiar with the area and directed us to some great restaurants and shopping. Kyle was also very prompt to have maintenance repair a few items needed in the apartment. I greatly appreciate his professionalism and diligence to insure that I am satisfied and content in my new apartment. It is reassuring to know he is there if needed and it appears going above and beyond is his character and nature! Excellent job Kyle! Thank You!

My wife and I have loved the community here at Artisan on 2nd. It's a quiet, peaceful community, but with a lot of residents with whom we have connected. The office and maintenance staff has always been attentive and personable. We have lived here for several years now and have really enjoyed our time.

I have lived in many different apartments and I have never met such friendly management staff as the staff at the Artisan. I am very happy to of found my apartment.
