Kristin was a huge help in getting us into our new townhouse. We really loved the place and the price and decided to go ahead and take it. We couldn’t move in as soon as we signed, but with the information she gave us on price and bonuses, we signed anyway, and we’re so glad we did. We’re in now and we love it.

I’ve been living here for almost 2 years and can’t say enough positive things about the apartment or the staff. Everyone in the office is more than helpful and the complex is always perfectly maintained. I have an excessively long commute every day, just so that I can live here.

We really enjoyed our stay with Country Oaks even though it is only for a year. The Neighborhood is nice and quiet with extra special attention in keeping the community no smoking place. We just recently went through Woolsey fire, which caused evacuations, and heavily damaged Oak Park and surrounding communities. Country Oaks team did tremendous work during this time, keep us updated on the situation, and supporting and helping after evacuation order was lifted.

I am a returning resident 2008-2013. When my son was at MCMS and OPHS, we very much enjoyed living at Country Oaks. When I recently returned to the area, it was the first place I considered. It felt like a community, we felt welcomed on the first day and that did not change during our stay. The maintenance team were great and any issues with the townhouse were dealt with promptly. Overall a great stay and sad to go but we bought a house so we could have a home.

Very quiet for such a large complex. I have only lived here for a short time but so far so good. Loving my 1 bedroom apt. it is adorable and so pleased with new Kitchen and huge patio so private. My husband passed in Feb. I am alone after 55 yrs. together. Hard to move and be alone after all those yrs. together. Trying hard

My son and i lived here for three years. it was within walking distance to his school(s). The neighbors are fantastic. The staff is incredible and i will miss them! I am so lucky to live in such a nice Community. The office staff is always great in responding and so efficient in taking care of any issues that arise. Living here has been a dream come true so far. Kiki has been out of this world. She's so responsive and available when we need her, we truly appreciate it. Julianne was phenomenal!!! She worked with me with my crazy hours & limited availability - finding the perfect apartment for me & my two daughters - great neighbors, end unit, and it was clean, no impeccablle! She was ON IT! Called me, emailed me, faxed & I truly felt she had my back. I have heard from so many neighbors how they feel the same about her. She has a wonderful reputation & fosters a true community environment. Great follow up & customer service!!!

The property management folks are great! They were really friendly and responsive to all my questions and needs. The maintenance crew is also extremely responsive and positive. I love my apartment!

I absolutely love the number of windows in the living and dining room. The windows are big and let in lots of light. Many apartments felt like caves. I also like the convenience of having a garage. These are the two main factors that made my decision.

We have thoroughly enjoyed living at Country Oaks. The staff has always been gracious and resolved any maintenance issues promptly. If we hadn't bought a home we would still be living here. It's that nice!

I'm thrilled to have rented my apartment home in this community! The office staff are highly conscientious, professional and friendly. Maintenance always leaves my apt clean after completing a repair. My leasing agent MaryAnn and the rest of the staff are truly fabulous! They really do put the resident first! I know I'll be renewing my 1 year lease.

The mainentance service is so fast and wonderful! I can not say enough good things about the office staff and maintenance service. Only one suggestion--cleaning the patio's is difficult for me. I would welcome a 'service' of sorts to help us to keep them clean... It is so nice to come home to a clean porch!

My son and I are very happy here. The complex is immediately accessible to his current school (Medea Creek) and the high school he will attend next year. We look forward to many happy years here. The office and maintenance staffs are wonderful. We thank you for everything.
