The Brodie has exceeded my expectations in all areas of renting a new apartment in Westminster. The staff are extremely helpful and always have the information I need promptly at hand either in person at the leasing office or in cordial email. I also see the maintenance crew keeping up the good work on the grounds.

We lived at The Brodie for 3 years and enjoyed every moment of it. Any time we needed maintenance done, they came as soon as possible and fixed the issue. We felt safe and love how friendly everyone is. We love how cleaned and well kept the hallways are. We will miss the breath taking swimming pool view! Thank you for a great 3 years!

Ive called the main office numerous times and Adriana is always so helpful and welcoming, I really appreciate her help. Being new to the community Ive had a lot of questions and Adriana as well as others have been very patient with me. So far, my experience her has been really great and Im really loving it here! We just moved in and both people from the leasing office made moving in process very fast and pleasant. Everything was done online within 2-3 days. Even after we moved in we had a few questions they were there for us.

Leaving because of a home purchase. The reason we chose Brodie was Tasia. She was incredible throughout the entire evaluation and info gathering process. The entire time we were at the location, she felt like a main POC and was always helpful, interested and courteous. On moveout, Adriana was equally engaging. Thank you both!

Ive been here since the completion of the property Nov 2016 and Ibhave yet to have any issues here. Ive seen teams come and throughout that time, things have only been improving. Ibsee the improvements that go on and its a breath of fresh air to actually see a team care for and upgrade the property to ensure that we are happy.

Really enjoy the pool. It has great views of the mountains. Apartment has great appliances. It is nice to have a full washer and dryer. Sound proofing in apartment is great. We don’t hear other units

Anytime Ive asked for help theyve always been there to answer my questions politely and with care. If I ever need anything fixed in the apartment the grounds crew have answered in a reasonable amount of time and have been friendly. The premise is always kept clean and its an enjoyable place to live.

Tasia and Doug have been awesome. Tasia gave me the tour and have helped me in so many ways when it came to my move. Doug helped me with my paperwork for my ESAs which helped tremendously. No one wakes up and say "I love moving". Moving in general is very stressful and this is the first complex where the transition was effortless.
