Concierge is always present and attentive and beyond helpful. I feel very secure with them keeping an eye on things, and appreciate that all packages are either personally received or delivered directly to my door. The leasing office was great when I was trying to rapidly apply at end of day and the cleaning staff is top notch too!

I moved here this past spring from across the county on pretty short notice. The management team was so easy to communicate with and help me get a lease in order. I had a few questions and the team was very responsive and helped me feel at ease during my big move. The front desk team has been great too!

Every question was answered before it could really even be a question. I really enjoyed working with Sutherlan. The front desk team has been fantastic. 500 people asking them to do all kinds of things and everyone needs it right now. Yet they are all pleasant and helpful. Tough job, for sure. Im glad they take everything in stride.

The Equity Resi team has been a breath of fresh air! The previous management company at all about existing residents, just leasing and pumping up NOI for sale. In stark contrast, the Equity team has been very attentive, appreciative and understanding of residents and their problems. If I werent buying a house, I would stay!
