Upon move in, there were quite a few issues in the apartment. However, the team was quick to address problems and provide solutions. Maintenance has all been awesome as well.

Radius has been a refreshing change of pace in the denver area. Management and maintenance team always take care of requests promptly and keep our living spaces clean and safe. We love it here and promote it to those on tours in the building!

I did not have the best move in experience but this was taken care of by the management team and with multiple follow-ups ensuring I was taken care of, everything was made right and I know I made the right choice about living at Radius.

Blake has been fantastic, we moved here from the SF Bay Area and there was a lot to do. He took photos of our new apartment and answered all our questions. He was very helpful. His boss Bree was also helpful when needed.

Team has been great in assisting with any issues. The cleaning crew is amazing. There is not a day when I don’t get in the elevator in the morning and it’s not smelling clean. They do a spectacular job!

There are not enough words to explain the magnitude of how amazing the team at Radius Uptown is. From the moment I walked in to check out the availability I immediately knew this was the place, I had to be. We have lived in a few different buildings and never had this nice and accommodating of a staff! I would stay here just for them. They made moving so easy and it’s always nice to see them! I use to avoid the people who worked in my past apartments because they were always cranky and extremely rude. This staff couldn’t be more opposite!

We loved having Radius as our home, and really enjoyed meeting the new team. The neighborhood and amount of tenants in the building are the primary reasons weve decided to leave, but we love our apartment and the amenities the building has to offer. Thank you for everything!
