I really enjoyed living in this community, even though it was for a year. Id stay longer, but moving out of state. Everyone is pretty respectful here and the amenities are great. Wish I could stay longer. A friend of mine lived at skyhouse and had a similar experience!

Eviva has been a great place to live. The building is well-maintained and the staff is friendly. The unit itself is very nice as one might expect from a luxury apartment. The views from the sky lounge are great and the pods are nice when you need to work from home.

The maintenance, concierge and cleaning teams are 5 stars. They go above and beyond to satisfy. The office team are nice and helpful but they change so frequently we never get to build a community relationship with them. We also used to have social events like mimosa and muffins on sundays once a month. I miss the social gathering

The management team has a tough job, but they handle it with professionalism. Whenever I have a question I either email or visit them in the office. In either case, they are courteous and always helpful.

Excellent amenities, location, and cleanliness. Beautiful aesthetics and great construction quality overall. Finally, great communication from management and a very easy-to-use online portal that takes care of virtually every aspect of apartment living!

Matt, James, Blake made transitioning seamless. Our new home was prepared for us so well by the maintenance team you wouldn’t have even known it was lived in before. The property manager Alyssa helped get me set up with my new equity account so I could move in without a hitch. Overall I am more than satisfied with the service provided

I liked how detailed the information given to me was, prior to moving in. That really helped me choose Eviva over another option I was considering. Gabe was very helpful in the move-in process and he made sure that my move was as easy as possible.

Gabriel has been extremely helpful. Even before we moved into our apartment, I had a lot of questions since I was moving from out of state. Gabriel answered all of my questions, helped us on move-in day and has been extremely kind and helpful every time I see him. All of the concierges I have met so far have been great as well.

Really appreciate maintenances quick response and thorough attention to issues we’ve experienced, and always completed with kindness. Cleaning crew is fantastic and personable. Honestly it’s gotten 10x better to live at Eviva with John and Audrey! A few hiccups at the beginning of their management transfer, but a thing of the past now. They host a lot of community events and maintain the building nicely!
