Living here at The Venue is indeed a rare pleasure. The team work hard to meet my needs and requests. I asked for help with my disposal and Glen came to check it out, had it up and running quickly. He was pleasant and professional. The groundskeepers are at work keeping the property looking terrific. The office staff are also wonderful.

We moved in very quickly after some previously compromised living conditions. The Venue team has been nothing but amazing in facilitating our quick move-in. They are quick to respond and offer solutions. We have never been met with anything but a warm smile.

Heather was a huge help from the start! Moving from Texas I had asked them a few months in advance about units and they stayed in touch and eventually got me exactly what I wanted with some extra move in bonuses. Haylee was also a great help. Lived in quite a few apartment complexes and so far this is the best Iv been in.

This apartment complex was awesome!! It was a great first home for when my husband and I first got married. Great find in Castle Rock CO. I moved here from the east coast and only saw this place on line. When I got here I did not really know what to expect. It has exceeded my expectations since I moved here in July. The place is very clean, spacious, comfortable, convenient with exceptional amenities.
