I appreciate how spacious my apartment is. The closet space is fabulous. I also really love the neighborhood. It’s a great neighborhood to walk around. My children enjoy the local parks and the pool. It is also convenient to have laundry on site and the gym. Lastly the staff are very caring in a tentative to any needs.

It is a pleasure living in this well managed community. Whenever we have had an issue, e.g., clogged kitchen sink drain, the response has been swift and skillful. The COVID-19 Pandemic has been challenging but the actions and policies have kept us safe.

The maintenance crew is excellent thy respond quickly to the needs of residents. They are pleasant, friendly, and have excellent resident relations skills. The management team is the best we have ever had. They are warm, friendly, and very good to all residents. The residents are warm, friendly, helpful - wonderful to live with.

I was coming from another Equity Property (Emerson Place) and I just wanted to say how easy both properties made the transition. It is not often that you can easily move out of one place in the morning and into another two hours later. Also, my grandmother was very impressed with how clean the apartment was when I was moving in so that is a huge stamp of approval.

We just re-located to the Boston area so are not familiar with services nearby. The office staff has been very helpful and informative in assisting with directions, contact numbers, and suggestions to improve our transition to this area. Also the gym contains very high quality equipment and is well maintained.

We love Walden Park so far. It is in a wonderful location (near to parks, our jobs, stores/restaurants, etc.), tenants and employees are very nice, it is incredibly pet-friendly, and the apartment itself is very comfortable, well-furnished, and has a nice view. Great!

I like living in this apartment because it has a swimming pool area to go for a swim and get some sun. Having gas stove makes me feel comfortable because it has high flammable gas set for frying and boiling food instantly for sure and the big bedroom.

We would like to thank Mrs Jenna Patterson from the office staff for her continuous support. For example, I came by to collect my packages just after office hours, when Jenna was on the way home. She not only insisted to stay and open the pkg room for me, but ended up helping me carry packages while I had my kids with me. In the past, when I had questions or concerns I was impressed by her friendly down to earth approach and her care. People like Mrs Patterson make us recommend Walden Park to our friends.

I like this apartment just the way it is since I moved in from the past 4 months which gives me a warm welcome feeling when I first enter the room. I'm glad that I have my own bike to ride anywhere that is pretty far. The location is very decent for me and I hope it continues to be throughout times.

Our family come from China last year when I began to work as a research fellow at Harvard Law School. Walden park is very near to Harvard, and Nicole and other staff are very helpful to us, my 7 yrs old boy likes here very much since he can swim everyday in Summer, I like the Gym very much, my wife like the location since it is convenient. We will miss here!

This is also one of the few apartment buildings in the area that allows pets. The building is conveniently located near two dog parks which are rare in the area where I work. Living here is definitely worth the 30 minute walking commute to work.

I really like living here - the location is great for driving and public transportation. My apartment is really nice and I don't think I could get the features here anywhere else in Cambridge. Love the pool and gym access. Since our new management the package system has greatly improved. As long as the online rent system sorts out its issues I am a happy resident.
