There was little hot water and the team expedited the repair with prompt follow up. They also took broken disk cardboard to the recycle center for me. There was quite a bit so this was extremely helpful.

Michael Baronci exceeded our expectations during our transition to Cambridge. My husband and I were not able to find a place prior to our arrival due to the pandemic. As we began our search, we were constantly given call back information andor our inquiries were ignored. However, not the case with Michael. His care and concern was great!

Great communication - Made the move-in process SO easy. We were in a rush to move out of our previous residence due to long commutes for work. The staff was attentive and gave us any informationitems that we needed. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone whos looking to move closer to the city.

I love my house ! With ample of sunlight and space and not much noise considering the amount of construction that is happening in Kendall Square , its definitely value for money. I especially like the dedication the team puts in to give the best living experience to all its residents.

Ive lived in the Boston area for 13 years and had many different landlords and living situations, and, by far, I am most comfortable living at Lofts. I am so glad we chose Lofts at Kendall Square over the many other apartment options in Cambridge and nearby Boston. Our apartment is beautiful, the facilities are great, the neighbors are friendly and quiet, the grounds are well-maintained, the staff is personable and reliable. We will be sad to move.

We enjoyed living here, both Timothy Cannon, Kelly Flaherty, and the rest of the crew were great and really made the difference in our time living here. When issues arose due to the severe winter or other unexpected events, the communication was always open and there was a sincere effort to solve each situation to the fullest.
