The team is great. I was always treated very well by everyone I interacted with. The concierge, especially Angela, was always so nice. The maintenance team is also amazing, all the guys are very polite and kind. The leasing office team is also very nice, Tina has always stepped up to help whenever I needed, so I have no complaints.

Overall, when we have encountered issues in our apartment, the maintenance team does their best to respond to our requests. Further, we have a medically complex child and they do abide by our requisites before entering the apartment to keep our child safe. We appreciate that level of care they have exhibited, thus far.

Since I have been self-isolating for a year now, I feel safe and comfortable. Having my groceries delivered is a vital factor. Our concierge staff has gone above the call of duty to provide this service in a very personal way. As one who is frightened of the virus, Our maintenance staff has impressed me by keeping everything sanitized.

We love this apartment community! The staff is the best, the amenities are perfect. This apartment was home to me for 6 years. It’s unfortunate that we have to transfer back to Japan. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The highlight of everything is this apartment! The Staff have been fantastic including Office, Front desk, and maintenance personnel. We have never enjoyed living in apartment more than this. Hopefully will be back in a few years.

Janice at the front desk is invaluable! We could not imagine living in this building with out her! She cares to know and call residents by their names. Not one time do I pass the front desk with out her causing me to smile or laugh. Nicole the building manager is top notch! When my AC unit broke, she made certain that it was repaired right away, even to the extent of bringing in an outside HVAC contractor. Dominique in the leasing office has continued to be a friendly face and helpful resource, even after we signed the lease! Definitely the best group of people we could ask for! Because of the management and staff, I'm proud to call this community my home.

Feysal and Don were extraordinarily helpful in providing me with information regarding leasing from Equity, showing me a similar apartment, and courteously answering my questions. After executing the lease, Feysal was very helpful with my move-in experience, including recommendations, and was the epitome of 'service after the sale.' Feysal followed through on every commitment he made. I lived at this location several years ago when Metropolitan first opened the building. Although I looked at other locations, my hope was to be able to rent from this location again. I liked the location, quality of the facilities, and the view. Feysal and Don helped make that hope a reality. They approach their work and potential lessees with extraordinary sincerety and fairness. One of the first things we noticed was how friendly and helpful everyone is. Every staff member we've met has been so kind. They made our move in as smooth as possible and helped us with all our needs. The location is exceptional. We really hoped for upgraded appliances during our apt search, but the location at 1401 Joyce made up for the standard appliances. All in all, we are very happy with our apartment and the community.

The office, front desk, and maintenance staff are wonderful. It's truly dog friendly, neighbors are great and attend the social events. We're sad to leave, based solely on rent increase, but we will consider staying with Equity at a different property because it has been a great company.

I have been very impressed with office staff and front desk staff. Honestly, I'd stay for years if I could afford to upgrade to a 2-br apartment. It's been a wonderful apartment complex, nice events, and friendly neighbors.

I have LOVED every single day living here. It is a great community with fabulous staff. The maintenance and cleaning staff are so friendly, the office staff is top notch, all of the front desk folks are wonderful. I love the building and the location. There is not one negative comment I can think of about 1401 Joyce. I am sad to leave.

If I had to lease in the area again I would choose 1401 Joyce again. It more than met the two things I was looking for in an apartment: comfort and convenience. Overall very pleased and will recommend it to others.

Actually all of the above mentioned items are important to me. If I have to prioritize I can but it is the provision of all the services that keep me here.Otherwise I can find another apartment building that provides some of the services. I hope that makes sense. .

SInce moving in I have been to the Front desk several times for package pick-up and the ladies there are outstanding and SO friendly. When I have called the leasing offise [twice] I receive immediate answers and have yet to be placed on hold. So far, the people here are fantastic.

The one item that I would change about the apartment is that I would have liked a wider freezer. It is difficult to fit items into the freezer.
