I really enjoyed my nearly three years living in this community. The staff was always extremely kind especially Grover and Shukrat. I never had an issues with any other residents not counting the grumpy GSD haha. The maintaince staff was super helpful whenever I had issues. All around great place to live.

I wish we were kept a little more in the loop about renovation timelines and details, but for the most part, I feel satisfied with how helpful the team has always been. My roommate and I tend to have a lot questions and they are always prepared to answer in person or in email! It is appreciated.

Everyone on the team is always eager and ready to help. The front desk staff always lets people in the door so they dont have to wait, gets packages for residents, answer the phone, and theyre always so nice about it. The leasing office staff is also so eager to help solve your problems, whether its printing or bigger.

This apartment has by far been my favorite that Ive lived in and my girlfriend and I are very sad to leave. Unfortunately we always knew at some point we would quit our jobs to go travel and that timing didnt line up with the end of our lease. The leasing team has been very helpful in this process, I wish we could stay.

Sharah is extraordinary- both in her own right- and the standard that she holds her colleagues to. She has a knack for retaining the best- such as Gabe, Renae, Jose as well as the maintenance manager- whose name is escaping me at the moment. I absolutely loved my one bedroom, first floor apartment in The Clarendon. The office staff was great and always recognized me even though I rarely used the front doors. I moved out because my relationship got more serious and we wanted to move-in together. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this apartment building.

I talked, met with and executed my lease with Shannon Casserly, agent - then I was unaware she left the property before my move-in date. Dana Perez, agent handled my account in a professional manner. Jason Albright, Manager made sure it was a smooth transition. Thanks to the team for the friendly demeanor - I'm sure it's not always easy to keep a smile on your face!

It has been nothing short of a fantastic experience living in The Clarendon. I find the entire front office staff, specifically Jason and Shannon, to go above and beyond the call of duty on a consistent basis. I would, and have, recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

I am very happy with the clarendon apartment. The leasing office personnel were extremely helpful and everything went smoothly. The apartment itself was very clean and nice, the few little things that were not perfect were taken care off in less than 24 hours. I definitely would recommend The clarendon to my friends.

We are very appreciative of the occasional happy hours/parties sponsored by The Clarendon. They are generous and provide a sense of community that we don't otherwise feel here. Also, though we don't have a dog, we enjoy seeing the dogs coming and going from the building. It makes The Clarendon seem more friendly and relaxed.

Overall, I was extremely pleased living at the Clarendon. The staff is excellent, the location is terrific and the apartment was great. Unfortunately, the rent is a little too steep to allow me to stay by myself.

I think all of the things in question 7 are important, but I assume that the other features will be available at whatever community I live in. The most important then is office staff and maintenance service. I love the staff here. Everyone is so friendly. They take care of whatever requests I have. Renae is always there in the morning smiling and happy to see me. Gabriel is great in the PM...I often leave my keys with him when I go for a run and he's cool with that (I hate jogging with my keys), Francisco and Nicole have always been great following up with any of the problems I've had. I'm on the fence though on whether to stay here next year. It is not anything that your office did wrong, or that your community does not offer, but I think I might be looking to live closer to some of my friends, and that will require me to move elsewhere. But all things considered, if I am going to stay in Clarendon, then I will be staying here. Thanks for a great place to live!

Awesome location, friendly staff, great amenities (pool, gym, computer/printer, tv room). Great sized apartment, especially for the price. I wish there was a community message board (nobody reads the online one). I brought a bunch of clothes to the goodwill the other week and would have been happy to bring stuff on behalf of other residents who didn't have the time to drive out. Overall, the Clarendon gets an A!
