This is a great apartment community, location is amazing, amenities are in great quality and clean all the time. The staff are very nice, especially the concierge staff, Kory is the best, he remembers everyone's name and make you feel welcomed all the time. Mousa is the maintenance guy and he's very friendly and respectful, and on time.

You guys know how happy I am with living here. Building is always clean, never issues with deliveries or packages, friendly staff, maintenance issues are resolved so quickly. Love this building!

The Dalton team has absolutely met my expectations. From the concierge, to the cleaning staff, to the amenities, and to the location. I am honestly so blessed to have been able to found the Dalton. As a law student, the Dalton has everything I need and I am very grateful to Ms. Ashley and everyone at the Dalton!

The staff is so kind, from the leasing office to the front desk clerks. This is the First apartment I’ve leased where the staff actually cares enough to remember your name and make conversation when you see them in passing.

Our leasing consultant Ashlie and the rest of the team at the Dalton were fantastic during my wife and Id year here. During a tough year with Covid, they still provided fantastic service. The only reason were moving is to get a bit more space in another Equity property that we had previously lived at.

Hallie is the best, she works sufficiently and gets back to emails promptly. India, the front desk reception, is the nicest and kindest face to welcome me every time I walk into the building. Danny is always great when it comes to fixing and getting stuff done. Same as Musa as well.

Everyone, especially our leasing consultant, Ashlie, as been so extremely warm and welcoming since our initial tour. The community here at The Dalton is very familial and is exactly what weve been looking for in a complex. Were loving it so far!

One of the reasons The Dalton appealed to us is that our leasing agent, Ashlie Tibbs was a professional from the start! We toured comparable properties in the area and although some were as professional as Ashlie, Ashlie was also personable and genuine. Also, all of the young women At the Concierge desk are professional and very friendly
