I really loved living in Old Redmond Place. Great and quiet neighborhood, great views, really nice amenities. Gwen in the leasing office was always very helpful with everything I needed. I would recommend everybody to go visit the place, you will love it.

The office staff were very prompt and friendly, and furthermore understanding when I needed to be reached and my schedule was busy. I would say that this apartment complex is ahead of its competition staff-wise.

We love the staff here. They actually know us and our kids by name! The small size is perfect as well as the location right near our kids' schools, Benjamin Rush Elementary and Rose Hill Junior High. The property is very well-kept (I can hear the landscapers now) and it's also safe. Thanks for making Olde Redmond Place a great place to live!

I appreciated that when I had a complaint about my noisy neighbors, that the staff contacted them and provided me with more information so I feel safe to call security and ask them to quiet down the situations.

The maintenance staff has been fantastic! Here are some of my observations: 1) During the winter months, before the storms hit the roads were treated. Once the storms did it, before a majority of folks got on the road. The roads were sanded, especially on the hill getting out of the complex. 2) I've had several Service Requests, in each case they were fixed on the next day (even on a Saturday). 3) When the heating element went out on my dryer, it was fixed within 4 total days. I'll also note that when packages were left outside my door, Nick brough them inside when he was checking out my dryer. I've never received such prompt, consistent, and thorough service from a community. It has truly been a pleasure to live here. I cannot imagine moving away!

Over all I love this apartment complex. The staff is wonderful and kind and always willing to help. What is neat is that they know your name!

I have lived at Olde Redmond Place for two years and I really enjoyed my time there and will definately recommend it to anyone who is looking to rent an apartment in that area (Redmond). Good luck and keep doing the great job you are doing :)

I found the staff here to be very understanding of my situation. As a kid living on his own for the first time its been a godsend having a staff that takes notice and has always been friendly and helpful. Thanks for everything you guys, I appreciate it whole heartedly

Staff was awesome. Will definitley miss having Ben around. He was able to fix everything. Office staff was very friendly and always said hello. I will miss seeing them! I loved living at Old Redmond Place. They took care of me for 4 good years and I will miss that place a lot.

I had a waterheater failure recently.This happened about 8 in the evening. Ben knocked on my door to inform me my downstairs neighbor was complaining of water coming from my unit. Ben assessed the situation, descovered it was my waterheater, and immediately went to work to fix the problem. Ben was extremly knowledgeable. With very little impact on me, he got the waterheater replaced in a very rapid manner. All during this time he was very professional and had a high degree of positive customer service. In addition, I would also like to take the time to compliment the offfice staff. They too are always courteous and very professional. The office staff and the maintenance group are the main reason I have stayed here these many years!

Really enjoyed staying at Olde Redmond Place. Definitely would have stayed here for a couple a years. Quiet neighborhood, nice apartment, staff quick to respond and resolve issues, personal covered parking, Park close, shopping close, affordable.

Great place to live! All of the service requests were completed promptly, our deliveries were always ready for us and the staff was pleasant to interact with.
